U.S. court rules Arkansas can block Planned Parenthood funding

Reuters ^ | August 16, 2017 | by Nate Raymond

A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday reversed a ruling that prevented Arkansas from cutting off Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood following the release of controversial videos secretly recorded by an anti-abortion group.

The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis reversed a federal judge's ruling forbidding Arkansas from carrying through with Republican Governor Asa Hutchinson's directive to suspend Medicaid reimbursements to a Planned Parenthood affiliate.
That ruling by U.S. District Judge Kristine Baker in Little Rock had come in a lawsuit by three women who claimed Arkansas violated their rights under the federal Medicaid law to choose any qualified provider offering services they were seeking.
But by a 2-1 vote, a 8th Circuit ruled that the provision of the Medicaid law that the women relied on does not unambiguously create a federal right for individual patients that they could enforce in court.

D’Souza: Racist Democrat Woodrow Wilson ‘a Pretty Good Candidate to Have His Statue Pulled Down’

Breitbart ^ | 8/16/17 | Dan Riehl

Author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza spoke with Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Wednesday regarding his new book The Big Lie: Exposing the Nazi Roots of the American Left and also the Leftist-driven attacks on monuments.

In pointing out the deep-rooted ties between the American left, Nazism, and racism, D’Souza said, “Woodrow Wilson is almost single-handedly responsible for the revival of the Ku Klux Klan,” pointing out that Republicans had all but shut the Klan down prior to Wilson’s political ascendance.

He continued, “For several years there was no Ku Klux Klan and then Woodrow Wilson in the early 20th century screened a pro-KKK movie in the White House and it instigated a Klan revival. The Klan even spread to states where it wasn’t there previously, states outside the South.”
“So, if anyone is going to be going on pulling down statues,” he added, “Woodrow Wilson is a pretty good candidate to have his statue pulled down.” Wilson was a Democrat

Archie Bunker talked like a racist, but his actions were the exact opposite.

So, When Are We Going To Take Down The Statue Of Racist Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret Sanger?

activistmom ^ | August 16, 2017 | staff

The removal of Confederate statues around the United States has prompted a fiery debate.
On one side, many argue that the statues represent history and should be left where they are, lest we forget the significance of the era in which they were erected.
On the flip side, some argue that the statues are racist and have no place in modern society.
But why are proponents of the latter viewpoint only upset about certain statues and not others? Why, for example, is the bust of racist Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger in the Smithsonian Museum not one of the statues progressives are freaking out about?
As a Washington Times article from earlier this year points out, Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood “on racism [and the] belief in protecting society against ‘the unfit.'”
“We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population,” she wrote in one 1939 letter to a friend.
A look at the numbers proves that Sanger’s dream for Planned Parenthood has been realized; currently, Planned Parenthood kills more black people than all other causes of death combined.
Think about that for a moment.
The founder of Planned Parenthood was racist in her ambitions. Her organization today continues to exterminate black babies at alarming rates.
Her legacy is not like that of Robert E. Lee – more than a century removed. Rather, it lives on and continues to affect millions of lives.
Yet no progressives seem to be rushing into the Smithsonian to violently tear down the bust of Margaret Sanger as they did with a confederate statue in North Carolina on Monday.
In fact, the only significant mention of a call for Sanger’s bust to be removed dates back to 2015, when a group of black pastors wrote a letter to the Smithsonian Museum.
“Perhaps the gallery is unaware that Ms. Sanger supported black eugenics, a racist attitude toward black and other minority babies, an elitist attitude toward those she regarded as ‘the feeble minded;’ speaking at a rally of Ku Klux Klan women; and communications with Hitler sympathizers,” the letter reads.
“The obvious incongruity is staggering!”
However, as reported not long after that letter was sent, the request for the bust’s removal was denied.
“I received your letter regarding the legacy of Margaret Sanger and respectfully decline to remove her portrait from the museum,” Smithsonian director Kim Sajet wrote. “The Struggle for Justice gallery brings attention to major cultural and political figures from the 19th century to the present day who fought to achieve civil rights for disenfranchised or marginalized groups.”
So, there’s that.
Apparently, judging by the silence from progressives, this is perfectly okay.
Confederate statues commemorating figures from a crucial turning point in America’s history, though? No, they’ve gotta go, apparently.

Trump-Backed Immigration Bill Has Many Critics, But Voters Like It! ^ | August 16, 2017 | Byron York

Some Democrats and their advocates in the press have been quick to denounce the RAISE Act, the new immigration reform bill proposed by Republican Sens. Tom Cotton and David Perdue and endorsed by President Trump.

"The Trump, Cotton, Perdue bill is rooted in the same anti-immigrant, xenophobic, and isolationist rhetoric that was a cornerstone of the Trump campaign," said senior House Democrats John Conyers and Zoe Lofgren.
"A xenophobic half-measure," added Rep. Ed Markey.
"A play to the xenophobic sentiments that lifted Trump to the presidency," wrote the Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin.
Now, though, a new poll shows broad public support for some of the bill's key provisions -- support that goes far beyond those Americans who voted for Donald Trump.
The poll, from Morning Consult-Politico, asked 1,992 registered voters about the bill's provisions to 1) allow more high-skilled, and fewer low-skilled, immigrants into the country; 2) install a points-based system by which prospective immigrants would be evaluated on the basis of English proficiency, level of education, and other factors; 3) cap the number of refugees allowed in the U.S. each year; and 4) reduce the total number of immigrants given legal permanent residence in the country to 500,000 from the current one million.
The pollsters found strong majority support for the first three, and a plurality of support for the fourth.
When asked if they support "placing greater emphasis on an applicant's job skills over their ties to family members in the U.S.," 56 percent of respondents said yes, while 31 percent said no and 13 percent did not know.
When asked if they support "establishing a 'points system' that would award points based on criteria such as education, English-language ability, and prospective salary," 61 percent said yes, while 27 percent said no and 12 percent did not know. (Respondents particularly approved an emphasis on speaking English; when asked if they believe an ability to speak English "should be a factor in determining who is allowed to legally immigrate to the United States," 62 percent said yes, while 29 percent said no and 10 percent did not know.)
When asked if they support "limiting the number of refugees offered permanent residency," 59 percent said yes, while 31 percent said no and 11 percent did not know.
Finally, when asked if they support "reducing the number of legal immigrants by one-half over the next decade," 48 percent said yes, while 39 percent said no and 14 percent did not know.
"Large majorities of Americans have long wanted to re-orient our immigration system toward high-skilled workers, while reducing or holding steady the total number of immigrants," Cotton said in a text exchange recently. "The RAISE Act respects this popular consensus, unlike past efforts at immigration reform that failed in part because they massively expanded unskilled immigration."
Cotton appeared to choose his words carefully when he wrote "reducing or holding steady the total number of immigrants." The part of the bill that would cut the number of legal permanent residents from one million to 500,000 per year is the one major component that doesn't have majority support in the poll, although it has more support than any other option. In the weeks and months ahead, the bill's sponsors could either try to build support for that provision or compromise on the total reduction.
The Cotton-Perdue bill has of course been slammed by Democrats, but it has also been criticized by the Republicans who wrote the Senate Gang of Eight bill in 2013, the last (unsuccessful) effort to pass comprehensive immigration reform.
"I don't want to limit legal immigration," Gang of Eight member Marco Rubio said recently, predicting the new bill will not pass the Senate. Fellow Gang member Lindsey Graham, from South Carolina, said the bill would be "devastating to our state's economy." John McCain, another Gang member, opposes shifting to a high-skilled immigrant force. "I think you have to consider that we do want high-tech people, but we also need low-skilled people who will do what Americans won't do," McCain said. And the final GOP Gang member, Jeff Flake, who describes elements of the Republican Party as xenophobic and anti-immigrant, said the new bill represents "the wrong direction."
Such opinions track those of many Democrats, which will make any path forward in the Senate an uphill climb. But if the new poll is correct -- and it is in line with similar surveys going back years -- the bill's authors have the voters on their side.

Woman hit with felony charges for toppling Confederate statue!

New York Post ^ | 8/15/2017 | Chris Perez

A woman who took part in the toppling of a Confederate statue in Durham has been arrested and slapped with felony charges, cops said Tuesday.
Takiya Thompson, 22, has been charged with disorderly conduct by injury to a statue, damage to real property, participation in a riot with property damage in excess of $1,500 — and inciting others to riot where there is property damage in excess of $1,500, according to the Durham County Sheriff’s Office.
The last two offenses are Class H and Class F felonies, with each carrying a sentence of up to 25 months and 41 months behind bars, respectively.
Deputies took Thompson, a member of the far-left Workers World Party and a student at N.C. Central University, into custody Tuesday shortly after she appeared at a press conference with other protesters.
“The people decided to take matters into our own hands and remove the statue,” Thompson told reporters. “We are tired of waiting on politicians who could have voted to remove the white supremacist statues years ago, but they failed to act. So we acted.”
Investigators said Thompson confessed to climbing the monument and aiding in its removal after being identified through cellphone video.
Authorities have been are using the footage, which was captured by cops, to identify all of those responsible and bring them to justice.

Trump's Press Conference Leaves Reporters 'Shaken,' 'Rattled'

Truth Revolt ^ | 08/16/17 | Mark Tapson

Independent Journal Review (IJR) collected a few unintentionally hilarious Twitter responses from journalists who reported being shaken by President Donald Trump’s aggressiveness in an extraordinary press conference Tuesday that was centered on questions about the weekend’s violence at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Vanity Fair reporter Gabriel Sherman was actually physically ill: “I am totally rattled by that presser. Chest tight, stomach queasy. Feel sick”:
Perhaps he should have his testosterone checked. It seems seriously depleted. But then, he does write for Vanity Fair.
Magazine editor David Lytle tweeted his empathy for Sherman: “I vomited on election night. Today, I bawled for 20 minutes. The stress and anxiety brought on by a threatening president is overwhelming”:
NBC’s Chuck Todd reportedly said on the air that the press conference gave him “the wrong kind of chills.”
“Honestly I’m a bit shaken by what I just heard, and I suspect it’s not just me,” he added.
Yahoo News editor Garance Franke-Ruta accused the President of “defending the nighttime white supremacist protest at UVA with torches”
CNN’s Brian Stelter echoed this concern, saying that “Trump risks sounding like a spokesman for the Unite the Right rally right now”
Trump claimed that “both sides” were to blame for the violence in Charlottesville, meaning the white supremacists and the “alt-left” radicals. That fair and balanced approach wasn’t what the left-leaning media wanted to hear.
Check out part of the combative presser in the video below:

The Press Is Not Trusted or Popular ^ | August 16, 2017 | Brent Bozell

CNN delighted in reporting the results of a recent poll question that asked: "How much do you trust the things you hear in official communications from the White House? Do you trust almost all, most of it, just some of it, or nothing at all?"

If a regular viewer of CNN were to choose anything higher than zero, you'd assume he was a victim of the opioid epidemic. Given the size of CNN's audience as a percentage of the national population, this was an issue.
Forty-three percent picked "some of it," as people tend to do in a poll. Twenty-four percent chose "almost all" or "most," and 30 percent picked "nothing at all."
Proving once again its inability to say anything at all positive about President Trump's administration, CNN presented these poll results as "only 24 percent trust the White House" and pitched it as a glorious victory for the "objective" media and independent "fact-checkers."
On his show "Reliable Sources," Brian Stelter turned to Angie Drobnic Holan of the liberal site PolitiFact and said: "I admit this is a softball, but does this poll show the strength of journalism? That, yes, the public may be skeptical of our work, but they are paying attention to our reporting and they are learning about Trump's fibs and falsehoods?" (She said yes.)
But guess what CNN didn't ask in this poll to test public confidence: "How much do you trust the things you hear from CNN (or the rest of the press)? All of it, some of it or not at all?" Guess what else CNN never asked during former President Obama's first summer: "How much do you trust the things you hear in official communications from the White House?"
Eight years ago, CNN conducted a National Report Card, and in addition to grading the politicians, it asked the public to give a grade to the news media. It surely winced at the results: Forty-nine percent gave the media an F, and 19 percent gave them a D. (Just 4 percent gave them an A; 11 percent gave them a B, and 18 percent gave them a C.)
In July, a NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll asked how much people trust the Trump administration and the media. Thirty-seven percent said they had a "good deal" or a "great amount" of trust in Team Trump, while only 30 percent said the same about the media.
In January, a Quinnipiac University poll asked point blank, "Do you think that most members of the news media are honest or not?" The media were rated dishonest by 57 percent and honest by 39 percent. The parties were very divided: Democrats voted 65 percent honest to 29 percent dishonest, while an overwhelming number of Republicans picked dishonest, 86 percent to 13 percent.
The media are trusted ... to please the Democrats.
Before the media celebrate the "fact-checkers," they should try a poll on "fact-checkers" themselves. Stelter interviewed and honored PolitiFact's Holan and Washington Post "Fact-Checker" Glenn Kessler on his show. Both are trustworthy -- you can trust them to go soft on Democrats.
Check out their tilt since Jan. 20.
PolitiFact has a category called "Pants on Fire" for what it rates as egregious falsehoods. Since Inauguration Day, it has given Republicans this rating 21 times and given it to Democrats just four times
The Washington Post "Fact-Checker" team is even worse. When you count up the claims receiving a "Four Pinocchios" rating for obvious lies, there are 35 such ratings for Republicans (23 for Trump alone) and only four for Democrats.
It has been documented endlessly over decades that these watchdogs are as liberal as their friends in the "news" media. In 2016, their tilted ratings were used to make the bizarre claim that Hillary Clinton was "fundamentally honest." Clinton is just as honest as the press that tried so hard to get her elected using "fact-checkers" as a weapon.

Report: Charlottesville Racist Leader Was Former Occupy Activist, Obama Supporter

Breitbart ^ | Aug 15, 2017 | Joel B. Pollak

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) reports that Jason Kessler, the organizer of last Saturday’s white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, is rumored to be a former Occupy Wall Street activist and supporter of Barack Obama.

The left-wing SPLC is often partisan and overzealous in targeting hate groups, lumping legitimate conservative organizations together with actual extremists. Therefore its identification of Kessler’s left-wing roots is significant.

Sessions: Sanctuary Chicago, 'trafficker, smuggler, predator's best friend'

Wastington Examiner ^ | August 15,2017 | Paul Bedard

Attorney General Jeff Sessions travels to Miami Wednesday to herald Miami-Dade County's decision to abandon its "sanctuary" practice to shield criminal illegals, and he plans compare their success quelling crime to the Wild West shoot-outs in Chicago, still a sanctuary city.

"Miami-Dade is an example of what is possible through hard work and a rededication to the rule of law. It is proof that the entire nation can do better," Sessions plans to say, according to excerpts of his address provided to Secrets.

"Respect for the rule of law has broken down. In Chicago, their so-called ‘sanctuary policies are just one sad example," say the Sessions excerpts.
"That makes a sanctuary city a trafficker, smuggler, or predator's best friend," he adds.

"I know that Miami-Dade will be an example of the good that comes from following the law. We have already seen that: the same Independence Day weekend when Chicago suffered more than 100 shootings and 15 homicides, Miami-Dade also had a historic number of shooting deaths – zero," says Sessions.

Sessions will be joined at the Port of Miami with Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement chief Thomas D. Homan.

Mitch “the Blocker” McConnell

The Coach's Team ^ | 8/16/17 | Jean Tierney

‘Repeal and Replace Obamacare’ never stood a chance of getting past Mitch "The Blocker" McConnell and is probably doomed this fall in spite of any further praiseworthy Trumpian efforts to help America's middle class escape a law which destroys our health and drains our bank accounts. After all, the Senate Majority Leader has some very close ties to special interest healthcare dollars. Add to that the fact that his wife, new US Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao McConnell, “…received $50,000 in 2015 for a five-minute speech to the political wing of the Mujahedeen-e-Khalq, previously called a cult-like terrorist group" by the US State Department. Why gum up a pleasant and lucrative life style just to do the right thing!
Though it completely escaped media attention, a one minute internet search turned up a report from showing details about the cozy relationship between McConnell and David A. Jones, Sr, the founder of healthcare giant, Humana. According to the report, “…Jones and the charitable foundations he and his family control had donated $1.6 million to the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville, which both men attended." And the generosity works both ways. For when Jones and his associates asked for help in raising $10 million for a Louisville, KY parks project, Mitchie the Blocker nee Kentucky ‘rainmaker’ suddenly opened up a whopping $38 million federal funds giveaway!
And the love-fest was far from over as in 2009, “…an emotional Jones-who retired from Humana four years earlier-donated $1 million to help pay for the Mitch McConnell-Elaine Chao Archives at the McConnell Center." This terribly important center is preserving for posterity such McConnell memorabilia as his high school yearbooks, family photos and campaign records, which I doubt we’ll ever get to examine.
The website goes on to reveal that “…Jones and his...

Liberals Don't Like This Newly Discovered KKK Photo Of The 1924 Democratic Convention

I Have The Truth ^ | July 28 2017 | Scott Osborn

The 1924 Democrat National Convention, also called the Klanbake, was held at the Madison Square Garden in New York City from June 24 to July 9, 1924. Maybe this was where Democrat and former KKK member Robert Byrd got his start.

This seems too crazy, even for liberals, to be true, but you can Google ‘Klanbake” and discover the authenticity of how involved the Democrat party has been involved with the KKK.
Liberals Aren’t Liking This Newly-Discovered Photo Of The 1924 Democrat Convention…

The Ku Klux Klan was resurrected after the 1915 release of D.W. Griffith’s very popular motion picture The Birth of a Nation.
After World War I, the popularity of the Klan surged due to connections of its public relations leadership to those who had promoted the successful Prohibition Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, becoming a political power throughout many regions of the United States, not just in the South. Its local political strength throughout the country gave it a major role in the 1924 Democratic Party National Convention (DNC).
The 20th Century Ku Klux Klan was notoriously anti-Catholic and anti-Semitic, in addition to being anti-black. The Klan advocates opposed those supporting Catholics from the major cities of the Northeast and Midwest. The tension between pro- and anti-Klan delegates produced an intense and sometimes violent showdown between convention attendees from the states of Colorado and Missouri.
Klan delegates opposed the nomination of New York Governor Al Smith because Smith was a Roman Catholic. Smith campaigned against William Gibbs McAdoo, who had the support of most Klan delegates.
The second dispute of the convention revolved around an attempt by non-Klan delegates, led by Forney Johnston of Alabama, to condemn the organization for its violence in the Democratic Party’s platform. Klan delegates defeated the platform plank in a series of floor debates.
The final vote on condemning the Klan was 542.85 in favor, 546.15 against, so the plank was not included in the platform. To celebrate, tens of thousands of hooded Klansmen rallied in a field in New Jersey, across the river from New York City.
This event, known subsequently as the “Klanbake”, was also attended by hundreds of Klan delegates to the convention, who burned crosses, urged violence and intimidation against African-Americans and Catholics, and attacked effigies of Smith.
The notoriety of the “Klanbake” convention and the violence it produced cast a lasting shadow over the Democratic Party’s prospects in the 1924 election and contributed to their defeat by incumbent Republican President Calvin Coolidge.
Democrats love trying to pin racism on Conservatives…maybe to try and hide their real past. The Democratic Party has always been the party of racism and slavery! They were behind the Jim Crow laws. Maybe they need to look in the mirror before they cast stones at us.
Since its founding in the late 1820s, the Democratic Party has defended slavery, started the Civil War, and opposed Reconstruction. The Democratic Party imposed segregation. Its members engaged in the lynchings of blacks and opposed the civil rights acts of the 1950s and ’60s.
During Reconstruction, hundreds of black men were elected to Southern state legislatures as Republicans, and 22 black Republicans served in the U.S. Congress by 1900.
A few decades later, the only serious congressional opposition to the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 came from Democrats.
Eighty percent of Republicans in the House of Representatives supported the bill. Less than 70 percent of Democrats did.
The Democratic Party did not elect a black man to Congress until 1935. That is the history of the Democrat party folks.
But the difference is in the two perspectives. The Democrat mentality is to blame and cry in front of hurdles. The Republican perspective is to use those hurdles to become strong. In my lifetime, had Jesse Jackson and All Sharpton had a message of ‘grab your bootstraps’ and make the best of life, instead of cry and blame, we would be in a very different world.
The Democrat party has been and will always be the true racists in America

Obama defends Black Lives Matter movement as protests heat up (post Dallas Police Murders)

CBS ^ | Jul 10, 2016 2:17 PM EDT | Reene Flores

During a visit to Spain early Sunday morning, President Obama defended the Black Lives Matter movement and the right of activists to demonstrate in cities across the United States, following a long night of ongoing protests over the highly public deaths last week of two black men at the hands of police.

"One of the great things about America is that individual citizens and groups of citizens can petition their government, can protest, can speak truth to power," Mr. Obama told reporters in Madrid. "And that is sometimes messy and controversial but because of that ability to protest and engage in free speech, America over time has gotten better. We've all benefited from that."

The 3-Step Argument the Left Makes to Justify Violence Against Conservative Speakers!

The Daily Signal ^ | 08/15/2017 | Ben Shapiro

Free speech is under assault because of a three-step argument made by the advocates and justifiers of violence.

The first step is they say that the validity or invalidity of an argument can be judged solely by the ethnic, sexual, racial, or cultural identity of the person making the argument.
The second step is that they claim those who say otherwise are engaging in what they call “verbal violence,” and the final step is they conclude that physical violence is sometimes justified in order to stop such verbal violence.
So let’s examine each of these three steps in turn. First, the philosophy of intersectionality. This philosophy now dominates college campuses as well as a large segment, unfortunately, of today’s Democratic Party and suggests that straight, white Americans are inherently the beneficiaries of white privilege and therefore cannot speak on certain policies, since they have not experienced what it’s like to be black or Hispanic or gay or transgender or a woman.
This philosophy ranks the value of a view, not based on the logic or merit of the view, but on the level of victimization in American society experienced by the person espousing the view. Therefore, if you’re an LGBT black woman, your view of American society is automatically more valuable than that of a straight, white male.
The next step in the logic is obvious. If a straight, white male, or anybody else who ranks lower on the victimhood scale, says something contrary to the viewpoint of the higher-ranking, intersectionality identity, that person has engaged in a microaggression.
As NYU social psychologist Jonathan Haidt writes, “Microaggressions are small actions or word choices that seem on their face to have no malicious intent, but that are thought of as a kind of violence nonetheless.”
You don’t have to actively say anything insulting to microaggress. Somebody merely needs to take offense. If, for example, you say that society ought to be colorblind, you’re microaggressing certain identity groups who have been victimized by a noncolorblind society.
Note: Microaggressions, as the name suggests, are not merely insults. They are aggressions. They are the equivalent of physical violence.

Elgin, Illinois Man Booked A Prostitute - And She Turns Out To Be His Wife!

Telegraph Sun ^ | 8/14/2017

A 52 year old man in Elgin, Illinois was taken by surprise after a prostitute he hired through a website turned out to be his own wife of the past 19 years.

The man had been using the site for some months to hire prostitutes and meet them for sex at motels in neighboring areas. Last weekend, the man told his wife he was going out drinking with work colleagues, when in reality he was traveling to a motel on the outskirts of town.

Upon checking into the motel the man used his phone to access his regular website used to book prostitutes. According to a statement he made to authorities, he saw the profile of a new "27-year old" woman who caught his attention.

The Left is Marching the Nation Toward Civil War!

US Defense Watch ^ | August 15, 2017 | Ray Starmann

I believe it is no longer hyperbole to say the United States may very well be on the road to a Second Civil War. This time it won’t be North vs. South, but Left vs. Right, Marxism vs. American Nationalism, Lunacy vs. Sanity, Tyranny vs. Liberty.

The Left has been on a collision course with reality since 1968, when the party began to abandon its own Dixiecrats, taking a sharp turn against the Vietnam War, against American values; embracing socialism and eventually metamorphosizing into the lunatic Orwellian beast it is today. Name a crazy position and the left supports it. Name an anti-American political platform and the left supports it. Name a position that the left despises and their violence knows no bounds.
The left’s Marxist intolerance and premeditated violence for the last year and a half has been directed towards the supporters of first candidate Trump and now the President. There have been hundreds and hundreds of left-wing assaults against Trump supporters of all races, genders and creeds.
Why were these attacks committed; for the sole reason that the left tolerates no one who disagrees with their Eurocrap Orwellian Great Leap Backward for America.
The violence aimed at Trump supporters at rallies shifted into larger melees across the nation, where thousands of ant-like Antifa (Anti-Fascist) anarchists, supported by Lucifer 6 Actual, aka George Soros and motivated by lies spread on CNN and MSDNC, have vandalized buildings, burned cars, beat up citizens, fought with the police and terrorized anyone who dares to disagree with them.
At Berkeley, the Antifa destroyed property and caused millions of dollars worth of damage because they were unhappy that the right wing blogger Milo Yiannopoulos was going to speak there.
In Berkeley, the police force, ordered to stand down by the mayor, simply watched the violence ensue.
The left claims to be tolerant, and so sensitive to everyone’s feelings and likes to throw around big words like diversity and inclusion, but in actuality, they are tyrants who would have found a home in Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union.
Anyone the left disagrees with must be silenced and usually by force. Anyone the left feels has aggrieved them, must be silenced and usually by force. Any law the left dislikes must be ignored. Any sentence to the US constitution the left despises must be twisted. Any history the left hates must be erased and disappeared permanently from the minds, museums and books of America.
The left has been at war with the Confederacy for the apparent reason that the South still had the institution of slavery. What really bothers the left is that Southern secession was a libertarian revolt against Big Brother. Small government is Kryptonite to the left.
Therefore, every statue, every monument, every flag that honors the brave men who fought for the greatest army the US has ever fielded, must be eradicated from all history, forever, and made to disappear into the night like a train car of dissidents on the way to Siberia.
Statues of Robert E. Lee, the most beloved general in American history are being pulled down like large stone edifices of the Romanian butcher, Ceausescu. Stonewall, Jeff Davis, good ole J.E.B. Stuart and Johnny Reb himself must be erased from the nation’s past by the order of America’s modern day Pol Pot re-educators.
In Charlottesville, Virginia, on Saturday, the left’s army of anti-Fascist Fascists collided head on with the most extreme element of the right, the KKK and a sundry assortment of Neo-Nazis and white supremacists. James Fields, a 20 year old madman and self-proclaimed white supremacist drove his car into a left wing crowd, killing three people and injuring others.
What happened in Charlottesville is appalling and only a maniac would condone what happened or associate themselves with the KKK and the Neo-Nazis.
But, one must ask what the Antifa was doing there dressed in black with baseball bats? No doubt they were planning on assaulting the peaceful, pro Robert E. Lee protesters who were in the streets of Charlottesville as well.

As in Berkeley, the police in Charlottesville stood down and watched the deaths from the sidelines like cowardly spectators.

Yesterday, the left tore down a CSA monument in Durham, and once again the police stood by and let the vandalism take place. The police in America are becoming no more useful than the police during the last days of the USSR.
Think the left is just going to stop with Lee and Davis, think again…
Today, a group of left wing wackos gathered in front of the National History Museum in New York, demanding that a statue of Teddy Roosevelt be taken down on the grounds that TR was a racist.
Of course he was, he was a white man. All white men are racists, rapists and evil according to the left, even though the white man and European civilization took the world out of the Dark Age and into the Renaissance, the Enlightenment, the Reformation and the American Revolution, while giving the planet music, art, the sciences and the rights of man in the process. Most importantly, as civilization advanced, those of all colors, creeds and genders eventually enjoyed the wealth and freedom that was a result of European, aka Western Civilization.
The Muslims the left and feminists embrace so fervently have given the world nothing but sand, oil and death.
So, what happens next?
Sadly, there will be more violence, more vandalism and more bloodshed on both sides. There will be more confrontations for one reason and one reason only, the left wants it.
The left wants a Civil War. They very well may get it.

LA County leaders greenlight effort to pay homeowners to house the homeless!

LA Daily News ^ | 08/15/17 | Susan Abram

A pilot program that pays some Los Angeles County homeowners to build a second dwelling on their property to house homeless people was approved with a 4-0 vote Tuesday by the Board of Supervisors.

Homeowners in unincorporated communities who qualify can receive up to $75,000 to build a second dwelling in areas zoned for such structures, while others may get $50,000 to update and legalize an existing dwelling.
The program was introduced last year as part of Los Angeles County’s set of 47 strategies to solve homelessness. The office of Regional Planning will work with several departments countywide with an allocated $550,000 in part to be used to offer subsidies.
Unlike a guest house, second dwellings include kitchens.
The program also will streamline the permitting process and provide technical assistance to homeowners within the county’s unincorporated areas, who would qualify, officials said.
Details of who would be housed and the selection process are still under discussion, said supervising regional planner Connie Chung on Monday. Funding allows for two to three new second dwellings, and for the remodeling of two to three existing ones, she added.
The program is expected to be completed within 18 months.
Homelessness spiked 23 percent across Los Angeles County’s neighborhoods and suburbs this year compared with 2016, with more than 55,000 people sleeping on sidewalks, in their cars, or along the Los Angeles River, according to results of a count taken in January and released in May.

The President Was Right To Tell The Full Truth About Charlottesville

DB Daily Update ^ | 8.16.2017 | David Blackmon

Let’s start by stipulating this: Everything President Trump said in his press conference yesterday about Saturday’s events in Charlottesville was 100% true. That is why he was so viciously assailed by every fake reporter in the fake national news media following that press conference.
Wait, what? – Yes, that’s how it works with the fake news media these days. You have a dishonest class of people – fake journalists at the nation’s major media outlets – who are coordinating with another dishonest class of people – progressive Democrats – to brainwash the public into believing a false narrative that demands that every public official who comments on Charlottesville claim that all the violence that happened there was committed by the racist dimwits and thugs of the “Alt-right”. The racist, leftwing, violent thugs who hundreds of video streams show instigated most of the violence are to be portrayed as “peaceful, well-meaning counter-protesters.”
American voters do have a choice: We can have a President who is going to do his best to deal with the reality of situations such as Charlottesville, or we can, in 2020, go back to previous form and elect yet another timid politician who is happy to parrot scripts written for him by talking points monkeys that carefully conform to whatever false narrative the media/Democrat ministry of disinformation is putting out on any given day.
We have to remember that Donald Trump won the 2016 election precisely because he is NOT like our last four globalist, talking points-reading presidents in any way. The media hates it, the Democrats hate it even more, and the squish Republicans like McCain and Romney and Lindsey Graham may hate it most of all. And that’s why he won: because most Americans detest all of those three segments of our nation’s ruling class.
