Woops! Looks like another batch of email obtained by Judicial Watch shows Democratic operatives deeply involved in yet another phony scandal. The Daily Caller says old Senator Carl Levin (D - Michigan) pressured the IRS to
Levin, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs’ permanent subcommittee on investigations, wrote a March 30, 2012 letter to then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman discussing the “urgency” of the issue of possible political activity by nonprofit applicants. Levin asked if the IRS was sending out additional information requests to applicant groups and citing an IRS rejection letter to a conservative group as an example of how the IRS should be conducting its business.

“Not a smidgeon of corruption.”What would possess a man, who works so hard to look enough like Benjamin Franklin to be his offspring, to undermine our Republic?
Maybe he’s just trying to protect us from those dangerous, unruly Tea Party mobs,
And thinks that using the IRS to persecute them is the best way to do that.
Or maybe he just thinks it’s time for the voices of freedom and opposition to just “shut up.”
