Fact-Check: No, Discriminating Among Immigrants on National Origin Is Not Unconstitutional

Breitbart ^ | Joel Pollack

During Tuesday night’s vice presidential debate, Sen. Kaine (D-VA) — interrupting Indiana Gov. Mike Pence for the umpteenth time — accused Trump and Pence of “violating the Constitution by blocking people based on their national origin rather than whether they’re dangerous.” Fact check: FALSE.
That is not unconstitutional. That is current U.S. immigration policy. We prefer some countries over others. That is constitutional, lawful, and logical.
There is no U.S. constitutional provision providing equal protection for people based on national origin — certainly when they are not yet in the United States!
Kaine went further, saying that it was unconstitutional for Donald Trump to “keep them out if they’re Muslim.” Trump has since softened that stance somewhat, and now wants to keep people out from terror-prone countries. But regardless, the constitutional protection against religious discrimination does not apply to people who are not yet immigrants, residents or citizens.
In fact, our current immigration policy “discriminates” against Muslims because it does not permit people to bring over their spouses from polygamous marriages, which are permitted in many Muslim countries. That kind of discrimination is constitutional and lawful.

IRS subjects tea party groups to new round of scrutiny, publicizes tax return data

The Washington Times ^ | October 4, 2016 | Stephen Dinan

The IRS‘ battle against holdout tea party groups is heating up again, after the tax agency promised it would begin processing their long-delayed applications, but sent a new round of prodding questions demanding still more information.
More jarringly, the IRS then publicly released one of the sets of questions it sent to the Texas Patriots Tea Party — a move the group’s lawyer says puts secret taxpayer return information, supposed to be protected, out in the public.
Tax experts say the IRS may be on safe legal ground, since the filing was made as part of a court case, and that’s one of the few narrow exceptions to strict IRS privacy laws.

Guilty as Sin

NYT Best-Selling Author Exposes Hillary’s Pay-to-Play Scandal

Townhall.com ^ | October 4, 2016 | Aryssa Damron

It isn’t cheap to get on Hillary Clinton’s good side, but if you’ve got enough money to make a million-dollar donation to the Clinton Foundation, you are set. Say goodbye to federal regulations or bureaucratic red tape. Make a donation, get on Hillary’s good side, and you are in. This is pay-to-play, and it goes against every ethics standard in the book. No wonder Hillary Clinton lives by it. In his new book, Guilty as SinEd Klein exposes Hillary’s pay-to-play scandals and how she turned the Clinton Foundation into a subsidiary of the State Department.
It didn’t take too much digging to find out that Hillary was requiring pay-to-play tactics while she was the secretary of State. It was certainly no secret from the people around her, though the mainstream media never would have reported it.
A retired Foreign Service Officer who had worked closely with Hillary told Klein, “I got a heads-up from my attorney that the FBI wanted to interview me about Hillary, and specifically about her conflict of interest handling Clinton Foundation business while she was running the nation’s foreign policy.”
This isn’t a partisan issue. This is about ethics and the legal standard someone holding such a high office should be held to. No one, Republican or Democrat, should be using their position as secretary of State to make millions of dollars for themselves and their family’s foundation.
The same retired Foreign Service Officer agreed, saying, “I’m a Democrat and supporter of Hillary for president, but I was deeply resentful that she carried out family foundation business so openly when she was at State. It was as though being secretary of State was her part-time job, while her first priorities were raising money for her presidential run, which she was planning from day one, and raising money for the Clinton Foundation."
Some of the pay-to-play scandals described by Klein in Guilty as Sin include Hillary’s younger brother receiving special favors by the U.S. government for an electric car company currently owned by Clinton crony Terry McAuliffe. That same younger brother, Tony Rodham, was appointed during Clinton’s time at the State Department to the advisory board of VCS Mining, which then received a gold-mining contract in Haiti.
Also while she was secretary of State, Hillary helped Boeing secure a $35 billion contract with the Air Force. In return, Boeing donated $900,000 to the Clinton Foundation and paid Bill Clinton $450,000 for two speeches.
The biggest scandal of them all is likely the Canadian businessman who donated millions to the Clinton Foundation and was rewarded with permission to sell 20 percent of the U.S. uranium production capacity to Russia. Then, to show his gratitude, Clinton was invited to give a speech in Moscow for a small paycheck of $500,000. You can smell the corruption all the way across the Urals.
“She had no qualms, because she said that the work she did at State and the work she was doing for the foundation and the Global Initiative were related and complemented each other.”
These are only some of the numerous pay-to-play scandals that Ed Klein exposes in his new book, Guilty as Sin: Uncovering New Evidence of Corruption and How Hillary Clinton and the Democrats Derailed the FBI InvestigationBuy it wherever books are sold and brush up on your Clinton scandals and scams before she scams her way into the White House.

Government to pay for gender reassignment surgery for military members!

Atlanta Journal Constitution ^ | 3 OCT 2016 | Debbie Lord

The U.S. government will, beginning this week, pay for soldiers to undergo treatment and surgery for gender reassignment.

The policy, which was first announced in June, applies to active duty soldiers who have received approval for gender reassignment from a military physician and from their commanding officers, according to the Department of Defense.

The military health program will cover therapy and hormone treatments along with surgery for approved service members diagnosed with gender dysphoria. The policy does not yet extend to military dependents.

Clinton's plan to reduce US oil consumption likely won't work!

CNBC ^ | 03 October 2016

Hillary Clinton has vowed to slash U.S. oil consumption in the next decade as part of an overall plan to shift the country to clean, renewable energy, but experts say her goal is probably impossible.
The target — to cut U.S. oil consumption by a third by 2027 — is an example of Clinton's hard line on fossil fuels during the Democratic primary and the general election. But some of her tough talk leaves her considerable wiggle room and contrasts with her record while serving as America's top diplomat.
That record includes a program to promote natural gas development overseas through the use of hydraulic fracturing, a method of unlocking oil and gas from rock formations by pummeling them with water, minerals and chemicals. "Fracking" is widely opposed by environmentalists.
CNBC asked experts to assess Clinton's energy proposals after carrying out a similar evaluation of Donald Trump's claims that he would boost economic growth by rolling back regulations and expanding drilling

The FBI’s Hillary email probe is looking even more like a coverup

New York Post ^ | Sept. 28, 2016 | Paul Sperry

In the latest bombshell from Congress’ probe into what’s looking more and more like an FBI whitewash (or coverup) of criminal behavior by the Democratic nominee and her aides, the Denver-based tech who destroyed subpoenaed emails from Clinton’s server allegedly lied to FBI agents after he got an immunity deal.

That’s normally a felony. As a federal prosecutor, Comey tossed Martha Stewart in jail for it and helped convict Scooter Libby for it as well. Yet the key Clinton witness still maintained his protection from criminal prosecution.

With Comey’s blessing, Obama prosecutors cut the deal with the email administrator, Paul Combetta, in 2015 in exchange for his full cooperation and honest testimony. But the House Judiciary Committee revealed Wednesday that he falsely told agents in a Feb. 18 interview that he had no knowledge that emails he bleached from the server were under congressional orders to be preserved as evidence.

Obama’s army of public relations staffers costs U.S. taxpayers $500M per year!

washingtontimes.com ^ | 10/5/16 | Stephen Dinan

President Obama hired hundreds of additional public relations employees to sell his administration’s policies, at a total cost to taxpayers of nearly half a billion dollars a year, the government’s chief watchdog reported Wednesday.
Mr. Obama added some 667 PR staffers between 2008, the last full year under his predecessor, and 2011, when staffing levels peaked at 5,238 — a spike of 15 percent during those years. The number has since slipped, but there were still nearly 5,100 PR staffers in the administration in 2014, according to figures from the Government Accountability Office.
That doesn’t include the more than $100 million spent each year to hire private spinmeisters to supplement the government’s PR efforts. And yet more money — nearly $800 million in 2015 — is spent each year on contracts with outside

Immunity deals stopped FBI from investigating BleachBit use in Clinton email case!

Washington Examiner ^ | 10/5/2016 | Sarah Westwood

Immunity agreements offered to two of Hillary Clinton's top aides prevented the FBI from looking into the circumstances surrounding the use of BleachBit, a digital deletion tool, to destroy the former secretary of state's emails.
In a letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch Wednesday, four Republican committee chairmen demanded to know why Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, two witnesses who also served as Clinton's personal attorneys, were granted such expansive protections despite the FBI's awareness that they had participated in potentially illegal activities.
For example, the FBI agreed to limit its search to emails written after June 1, 2014, but before Feb. 1, 2015. By doing so, investigators were barred from looking at emails authored around the time Mills and David Kendall, Clinton's lead attorney, held a pair of conference calls with technology contractor Paul Combetta that immediately preceded his use of BleachBit to erase thousands of Clinton's emails.
The GOP lawmakers noted that, before the FBI signed off on the immunity deals, "it already knew of the conference calls between Secretary Clinton's attorneys and Mr. Combetta, his use of BleachBit and the resulting deletions, further casting doubt on why the FBI would enter into such a limited evidentiary scope of review with respect to the laptops."

Obama’s tragic admission: He’s learned nothing as president!

NY Post ^ | 10/4/2016 | Michael Goodwin

News flash: President Obama didn’t learn anything in eight years in the White House. And he’s proud of it.
As Obama admitted in an interview with New York magazine: “If you go back and you read speeches I made when I was running for the US Senate in 2003, or if you go back further and you look at statements I made when I was on the Harvard Law Review, my worldview is pretty consistent.”
The comment was a point of pride, which makes it doubly tragic. Once the smartest man in the room, always the smartest man in the room.
Never mind that the world is on fire, that America is polarized, angry and scared. Or that ObamaCare is a sick patient, that the economy is growing at a snail’s pace and that many cities are racial war zones.
It’s not Obama’s fault. None of it. He would do it all again.

Parkinson’s? Hillary’s head shakes during Harrisburg press conference

The American Mirror ^ | October 5, 2016 | Kyle Olson

Hillary Clinton is known for frequently shaking her head while she’s listening to someone else speak, but was more going on during a Pennsylvania press conference?
While addressing the media after a rally in Harrisburg, Clinton’s head subtly shook up and down after she turned to her right to listen to a reporter’s question.
Watch:
Many people, including physicians, have speculated Hillary Clinton may have Parkinson’s disease.
WND reported:
And, it has been revealed that one of her top aides extensively researched a drug used to treat Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases.
While he worked for her at the State Department, Clinton Deputy Chief of Staff Jake Sullivan investigated the drug Provigil, according to an October 2011 emails sent to Clinton.
In one email, Sullivan tells Clinton the military administers Provigil, a drug that’s also used to treat narcolepsy and sleep-wake disorders.
He said doctors often prescribe Provigil to treat “excessive sleepiness in patients with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis.”
And InfoWars reported:
By itself, it would be impossible to link Hillary Clinton with Parkinson’s Disease just based on her coughing. But the truth is that she has exhibited so many of the other symptoms as well.
According to Google, here are some of the other symptoms that Parkinson’s Disease victims often exhibit…

A Millennial's Guide to Bill Clinton's 20+ Sex Scandals (A predatory sexual addict)!

Fox - nation ^ | Dec 29, 2015 | Ryan Girdusky

The feud between Republican frontrunner Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton hit a boiling point when [she} accused the billionaire of sexism. Trump took to Twitter to slam Bill Clinton for his former sex scandals and had a “penchant for sexism." Here’s a run down: Eileen Wellstone allegedly was sexually assaulted by a 23-year old Bill Clinton at a pub near Oxford University. He admitted to the encounter, but claimed it was consensual. Nonetheless, he ended up leaving the school a year after the incident without a degree. According to Capitol Hill Blue, while he was dating Hillary at Yale University, a female student called campus police stating that Bill sexually molested her. In 1974, an unnamed University of Arkansas student complained to her faculty advisor that her law professor Bill Clinton groped her and forced his hand inside her blouse. Clinton claimed that she came onto him.Clinton was elected AG of Arkansas in 1977, soon afterward a young woman lawyer claimed that she was assaulted by him — he forced himself on her, biting and bruising the woman, wrote Roger Morris in Partners in Power.

Broaddrick didn't come forward for two decades, claiming she was intimidated and ashamed.
In 1979, Carolyn Moffet,...was invited to Bill’s hotel room after a fundraiser. When she got there, she discovered the future president sitting on a couch only wearing a t-shirt. “When I went in, he was sitting on a couch, wearing only an undershirt....

Ever heard of the McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952?

Bet you have never heard anything about this - nor will you ever from our press.

Constitutional?
Wouldn't it be interesting if, at some point during his Presidential campaign, Donald Trump asked, "Oh, by the way, has anyone in Washington DC ever heard of the McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952?

I did not know of this Act until recently, but it has been a law for almost 65 years.

Here are the historic facts that would seem to indicate that many, if not most, of the people we elect to work for us in Washington DC do NOT have the slightest idea of what laws already exist in OUR country.

After several terrorist incidents were carried out in the United States, Donald Trump was severely, criticized for suggesting that the U.S. Should limit or temporarily suspend the immigration of certain ethnic groups, nationalities, and even people of certain religions (Muslims). The criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being Un-American, dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and racist. Congressmen and Senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and our illustrious President called such a prohibition on immigration unconstitutional.

As Gomer Pyle would say, “Well, Surprise, Surprise!” It seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions.

Known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 allows for the "Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the President, whenever the President finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States. The President may, by proclamation, and for such a period as he shall deem necessary, may suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants or impose any restrictions on the entry of aliens he may deem to be appropriate."

And who do you suppose last utilized this process? Why it was Democrat President Jimmy Carter, no less than 37 years ago, in 1979, to keep Iranians out of the United States.

But he actually did more. He made ALL Iranian students, already in the United States, check in with the government. And then he deported a bunch of them. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, and a total of 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the USA in 1979.

So, what say you about all of the criticism that Donald Trump received from the Democrat Senators, Representatives and the Obama
Administration?

Additionally, it is important to note that the McCarran-Walter Act also requires that an “applicant for immigration must be of good moral character and in agreement with the principles of our Constitution.”

Therefore, one could surmise that since the Quran forbids Muslins to swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, technically, ALL Muslins should be refused immigration to OUR country.

Obama's Ideas to Fix Obamacare: Expand Medicaid, Offer a 'Public Option' (here it comes!)

Cybercast News Service ^ | October 4, 2016 | 8:43 AM EDT | Susan Jones

President Barack Obama is “quite proud” that his signature health care law has expanded coverage to 20 million more Americans. But he admits the law could be strengthened, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said on Monday.
“The president does have some ideas for things that we could do to further strengthen Obamacare. The first is to find a way to ensure that every state across the country is expanding Medicaid, consistent with what was envisioned in the law.”
Earnest said “too many Republican governors” have blocked Medicaid expansion “just because of political differences” with Obama. But some of those governors point to the anticipated cost of Medicaid expansion. …

Illegal Voters Uncovered in Philly Are ‘Tip of the Iceberg’

PoliZette ^ | Updated 04 Oct 2016 at 8:11 PM | by Brendan Kirby

At least 86 non-citizens have been registered voters in Philadelphia since 2013, and almost half — 40 — even voted in at least one recent election, according to a legal group that sued to get voter registration records.
Joseph Vanderhulst, an attorney with the Public Interest Legal Foundation, noted Philadelphia knows about those 86 illegal voters only because officials received specific requests — in almost every case from the voters themselves — to remove the names from the rolls. He said there is no way to know how many non-citizens might be registered to vote in Philadelphia, let alone in the rest of politically crucial Pennsylvania.
[...]
Requests by the ineligible voters to be removed from the rolls included those who indicated that they had mistakenly marked boxes indicating that they were eligible voters when applying for driver's licenses. In some instances, voters marked "no" on the forms but got voter registration cards anyway. In another case, a voter indicated that he had been on the rolls for the previous five years despite repeated efforts to be removed.

How Obama's Regulatory Siege Has Killed U.S. Growth

Investors Business Daily ^ | Oct 4, 2016 5:42 PM ET | TERRY JONES

Economists on the left routinely appear mystified by the ongoing slow growth in jobs, investment and business startups under President Obama. But a new report from America's largest manufacturers' group suggests a big reason for our current slowdown can be found in one word: regulation.
The study by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) shows new regulations over just the past year amount to a huge hidden tax on U.S. businesses...
...In the last year, federal agencies and departments imposed rules that will cost U.S. businesses $81.6 billion...
...don't expect a sympathetic hearing from Hillary Clinton and other Democrats on this issue...
...progressives don't care about all this, because many of the 155,700 who will lose jobs in coming years will be counted among the "deplorables" that Clinton says support Donald Trump.
The point is, because of excessive regulation, it's a tough time to make things in America...
...the four administrations before Obama averaged about 1.6 major new rules per year. Under Obama, that's jumped to three. No wonder the economy's still crawling at a less than 2% growth rate, instead of the robust 3%-plus rate of earlier administrations...
...the regulatory boom in recent decades has cut GDP growth by roughly 0.8% per year. That might not sound like much, but Mercatus estimates that if regulation had been held to the 1980 level, the U.S. economy would have been $4 trillion larger by 2012 than it actually was. So, yes, regulation matters.
This is yet another reason why all of us need to pay close attention to what the presidential candidates, vice presidential candidates and their surrogates, have to say about the economy between now and the election. The next job the poison of excessive regulation kills might be yours.

After Tim Kaine Flops In Vice Presidential Debate, New Doubts About Hillary

breitbart.com ^ | 4 Oct 2016

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) lost badly to Indiana Gov. Mike Pence in Tuesday night’s vice presidential debate — despite having home field advantage in Farmville, Virginia — raising new doubts about Hillary Clinton.
Those doubts are twofold: first, about her decision to choose so weak a candidate, who seemed unable to answer basic policy questions; and second, about Clinton’s health, since if her medical troubles are as bad as feared, Kaine may be taking over at some point if she is elected.
Kaine could not stop interrupting Pence, at times sounding high-pitched and shrill, at times whining and defensive. Pence was cool and even-tempered — presidential, in other words, while Kaine seemed to be playing cable news pundit.
