What Voters Think About Hillary Clinton and Candidates' Health

ABC News ^ | 9/13/2016 | Meghan Keneally

Politicians on all sides have weighed in on Hillary Clinton's health incident over the weekend, and now she and Donald Trump have said they will release more information about their health in the coming days and weeks.
While there has been political talk about how the candidates' health disclosures could affect the presidential campaign, no polls have yet measured its importance for voters.
Informal conversations with a variety of voters indicate that, so far, many are falling along party lines. Democrats supporting their nominee seem to believe that more is being made of the situation than it warrants, while Republicans are calling for greater scrutiny and raising questions over the apparent secretiveness of the Clinton campaign.
Butch Gudger, a Democrat who plans to vote for Trump, said that his concern over Clinton's health is part of a wider suspicion.
"I don't think we know the whole picture. There's more to the story, and we don't know everything," he told ABC News at a Trump rally in North Carolina on Monday. "I think that she can take a break, she should take a break. But I think there's more to the story."
Dennis McDowell, a fellow Trump supporter at the rally, said that the timeline of events lends itself to his similar suspicions.
"She was fine on Friday when she did that interview, and then on Sunday, all of a sudden, she's got pneumonia?" McDowell said, adding that he thinks her health issues are being downplayed.
"I can't speculate on her health," he said. "I think the press is trying to make it out to be something that it's not."
Clinton supporters seem to feel the incident has been overblown and the Trump campaign is using it to play into a narrative it established.

CBS News omits Bill Clinton gaffe that Hillary ‘frequently’ becomes faint

Washington Times ^ | 09/13/2016 | Jessica Chasmar

CBS News edited out a verbal gaffe by former President Bill Clinton, who corrected himself during an interview after saying his wife Hillary “frequently” becomes faint. Mr. Clinton appeared in an interview Monday with CBS News’ Charlie Rose after his wife nearly collapsed while trying to leave a 9/11 memorial ceremony on Sunday. Asked if the medical episode was more serious than she was letting on, Mr. Clinton responded, “Well, if it is it’s a mystery to me and all of her doctors, because frequently, not frequently, rarely, but on more than one occasion, over the last many, many years, the same sort of thing’s happened to her where she got severely dehydrated,” he said according to a transcript. But Monday night’s broadcast of the interview and a video of the exchange posted on the network’s website omitted Mr. Clinton’s use of the word “frequently”

Hillary Clinton Aide Who Set Up Her Private Email Server Had 'No Security Clearance'

Breitbart.com ^ | 9-13-2016 | JEROME HUDSON

Justin Cooper, who helped set up Hillary Clinton’s private home email system, testified Tuesday before the House Oversight Committee and admitted that he had no national security clearance during the time he had access to all of Hillary Clinton’s emails while she was Secretary of State.
Cooper, who was a former aide to President Bill Clinton, said “I did not have a security clearance” while setting up and servicing Hillary Clinton’s private email server, laptops, and mobile devices.
Cooper’s confession came during day two of the Rep. Jason Chaffetz-led Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing. Chaffetz issued a subpoena to top FBI official Jason Herring on Monday for every document related to the bureau's investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while she was Secretary of State.
During Tuesday’s hearing, two employees of Colorado tech company Platte River Networks — the firm that maintained Clinton’s private home server — repeatedly invoked their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.
“Who told you to delete the emails?” Rep. Chaffetz asked Paul Combetta of Platte River Networks about Clinton's email server.
“On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer and assert my Fifth Amendment privilege,” Combetta said. Combetta was reportedly granted immunity by the Department of Justice during its investigation of Clinton’s mishandling of classified emails while at State.

Hillary Clinton Parkinson’s theory emerges as top official makes shocking claim...

The Sun ^ | Sept 12, 2016 | MARYSE GODDEN

Daniel Tamburello, who is co-chair of the Veterans for Trump, explained that his father had Parkinson’s and that pneumonia is common among sufferers of the neuro-degenerative disease.
“They may have admitted HRC has pneumonia, but that’s not WHY she has pneumonia. I believe she has pneumonia caused by Parkinson’s disease,” he wrote.

"I Protected Hillary Clinton In The Secret Service"

Zero Hedge ^ | September 13, 2016 | Tyler Durden

I protected First Lady Hillary Clinton, President Bill Clinton, and their family while I served in the Secret Service Uniform Division as an officer from 1991-2003.
By now, you have most likely seen the startling video of Hillary Clinton ‘fainting.’ Through the lens of my 29-year-career in The Service, I can see what a naked-eyed media pundit cannot: There is something seriously wrong with Mrs. Clinton.
Pneumonia or overheating are highly suspect excuses and I’ll explain why.
My analysis is not partisan. I cared for and protected the Clintons for many years. It was my duty to guard Mrs. Clinton in the Secret Service and I was so close to the First Family that the Supreme Court subpoenaed me to testify on the details of Bill Clinton’s late-term scandals.
These are the facts.
Watch Clinton's Secret Service’s detail in the video. Their behavior is extremely professional and very telling. Each agent is to be commended.
At the beginning of the video, Hillary is with a protective detail of Secret Service agents, as well as two female staffers. One staffer stands very close at her back and another is shoulder-to-shoulder and arm-in-arm with Mrs. Clinton to give her balance and prop her up.
Mrs. Clinton leans against a “ballard,” the metal columns we use to stop incoming 5-ton vehicles
As the van pulls up, she has a rigid wavering posture. She awkwardly leans on the ballard and stares straight ahead with her neck craned and extended up as her body is supported at the side and rear by her staffers.
One agent gets the door, but no one moves to enter. The Secret Service doesn’t like to wait—standing still in the eyes of the Service is waiting for an attack to happen. But the staffer can’t move Mrs. Clinton.

Hillary Clinton’s numbers with African American voters drifting toward disaster; lowest since 1960!

The Coach's Team ^ | 9/13/16 | Kevin "Coach" Collins

Last week was a very bad week for Hillary Clinton. She saw doctors overwhelmingly say her health is an issue in the campaign; she took off her now requisite few days to rest and slandered Donald Trump’s supporters, calling half of them a basket of “deplorables.”
These disasters could not be covered up by her lapdog media and they have damaged her.
And there were two more major developments that could meld into a serious stumbling block for Hillary.
Clinton spoke before a Black Baptist convention and was only able to fill 20% of the seats placed in the room. Worse still, while she was bombing at the convention, Franklin Pierce College was releasing the results of its national poll showing her with a small (within the MOE) overall lead but also revealing some stunning internal numbers.
Donald Trump has climbed to capture 36.2% of the Hispanic vote; and is getting 19.1% of the African American vote. What’s worse for Clinton is she is getting just 73% of the Black vote putting her in dangerous territory for a Democrat.
The last time a Democrat got numbers like this was the 68% John Kennedy won with in 1960.
Since then Democrats have lost with 85% in 1968; 87% in 1972; 83% in 1980; 91% in 1984; 89% in 1988; 90% in 2000 and 88% in 2004.
When a Democrat has won a presidential election he has gotten...

(Liar) Clinton Press Secretary Nick Merrill Standing Directly Behind Hillary During Collapse!

Conservative Treehouse ^ | September 13, 2016 | Sundance

How committed are the Clinton campaign officials to hiding her medical condition? It would appear much more so than even the most cynical media are considering.
Remember, the issue with Hillary Clinton’s health is not so much that she is sick (voter sympathy), but more an issue of how far her campaign is willing to go to hide the fact that she is sick in order to achieve her/their lust for power (voter fraud).
In the video of Hillary Clinton’s collapse on September 11th, understandably everyone focuses attention on Hillary herself. However, almost no-one is discussing Hillary Clinton’s traveling press secretary Nick Merrill. [Circled in picture below]

Why Hillary Clinton Needs Barack Obama More Than Ever

NBC ^ | 13 Sep 2016 | CHUCK TODD, MARK MURRAY and CARRIE DANN

Barack's Back — and why Clinton needs him more than ever
For the first time since the Democratic convention seven weeks ago, President Barack Obama is back stumping for Hillary Clinton. And she needs him more than ever — and we're not just talking about Clinton's absence from the campaign trail as she recovers from pneumonia.
According to our most recent batch of NBC/WSJ/Marist state polls, Clinton is underperforming among key parts of the Obama coalition: Latinos and young voters. In our NBC/WSJ/Marist Nevada poll, for instance, Clinton leads Trump by a 65%-30% margin (+35) among Latinos, who made up 17% of the likely voters in the survey. But in 2012, Latinos made up 19% of Nevada's electorate, and Obama won them, 71%-24% (+47). In addition, the NBC/WSJ/Marist Nevada poll finds Clinton ahead of Trump 58%-30% (+28) among those 18 to 29 years old, and they make up 13% of likely voters in the survey. But in 2012, those 18 to 29 made up 18% of Nevada's electorate, and Obama won them, 68%-30% margin (+38).
So Clinton here is lagging Obama's 2012 performance in both margin and the size of these voting blocs. And what does our NBC/WSJ/Marist poll of Nevada show overall? Clinton is ahead of Trump by just one point among likely voters, 45%-44% -- when Obama won the state by six points, 52%-46%.

The Democrats have one very sick candidate!

American Thinker ^ | September 13, 2016 | Russ Vaughn

Numerous conservative websites are reporting on the fact that prior to Hillary’s possible seizure and collapse at the 9/11 ceremony, she was wearing a pair of cobalt blue sunglasses. They note that Z1 cobalt blue lenses manufactured by Zeiss, are known to have a preventive effect on seizures associated with ... neurological disorders such as epilepsy and Parkinson’s which share some common symptoms.

What’s even more disturbing though is what is revealed in this picture from the 9/11 ceremony. Hillary is wearing the blue glasses ..a woman ...appears to be continuously monitoring her pulse. ... One other tell from this picture is Hillary’s right hand being held to her chest, an abnormal posture for a walking human but a common one for those with Parkinson’s who employ it to mask both tremors and unnatural finger positioning and movement of the fingers, as well as a phenomenon called pill-rolling most usually associated with that disease.

Bill Clinton: 'Nothing More to Know' About Hillary’s Health (Biil NEVER lies!)

KWBG ^ | Sept 13, 2016 | KWBG

Bill Clinton addressed concerns over Hillary Clinton's diagnosis of pneumonia, saying there was “nothing more to know” about the candidate's health and even questioning the fitness of her opponent.

"I have talked to her doctor, who is extremely competent and who has been in touch with all the people who help her, you know, with all other things over the years," Clinton told Rose on Monday night.

"There is just nothing there. All of her health indicators are good. She's very strong. She's exercised a lot. And unlike me, she sleeps well at night. I mean she sleeps long hours, or by my standards anyway."

September disaster for Clinton campaign (and the month's not even half over)!

The Hill ^ | September 13, 2016 | Niall Stanage

Hillary Clinton's health problems - and, in particular, the shocking video of her being helped into a van on Sunday - are the worst developments yet for a campaign that has hit a serious rough patch.
[Snip]
Democrats aren't in full-on panic mode just yet, but they are worried that a race that had looked comfortable only a few weeks ago is now seriously competitive. And they expect to be on edge for much of the next week, until the first polls appear indicating how Clinton's battle with pneumonia is affecting the contest.
The incident seems sure to further antagonize the media as well, because Clinton aides had derided reporters who raised her health as an issue, and the campaign was less than transparent about Sunday’s events.
The video of Clinton in a state of near-collapse on Sunday was "terrible," Democratic strategist Hank Sheinkopf acknowledged.
"The idea of her appearing to be out of physical control reinforces Trump's argument about her capacity and it reinforces the question of whether she is hiding something," Sheinkopf added.
Tobe Berkovitz, a Boston University professor who specializes in political communications, said that on a 1 to 10 scale, with 10 being the most damaging, the video footage rated "a 15."
[Snip]
One silver lining to the health cloud may be the extent to which it has sidelined the controversy over the "basket of deplorables" comment.

Hillary’s health problems are not a figment of Matt Drudge’s imagination!

The Washington Times ^ | September 13,2016 | Wesley Pruden

Well, depending on what that “fuller” record could reveal. Who knows what Bubba might have brought home from the office? What makes things difficult for Hillary now is that no matter what she says a lot of people won’t believe her, and even those who want to believe her will take her words with a large serving of salt. Her humiliated press spokesman, Brian Fallon, who had to go out over the past weeks to say things he was not required to actually believe, says Hillary does not suffer from “other undisclosed conditions.”
Hillary has a record of dismissing as mere conspiracies well-founded stories that turn out to be true. She haughtily dismissed Monica Lewinsky as a figment of Matt Drudge’s imagination, she scorned the stories that said she was ailing from something that turned out to be pneumonia, and now her campaign — and her enablers in the mainstream media she burned on the pneumonia story — scoff at speculation that she suffers from a serious neurological disorder.
We can hope that the speculation is wrong without apologizing for asking to see the evidence. Only an examination by independent doctors — and we should include Donald Trump in this, too — can reassure a public that has all but decided to never believe anything anyone says.

San Fran Board of Education suggests removing “Washington” and using “Kaepernick” for a school name!

Patheos ^

Only in America, and more accurately, only in California, could the name “George Washington” trigger such ill feelings that the only solution is to remove it from public school buildings so as not to upset the children. But that’s exactly what San Francisco Board of Education President Matt Haney wants to do.

Haney calls America’s first president “problematic” because he was a slave owner and for that reason alone, his name should be removed from any school named after the Founding Father. According to the San Francisco Examiner, Haney came up with the idea after hearing a sermon about the childish NFL quarterback who refuses to stand in honor of the country that has made him a millionaire:

Bill Clinton’s CIA chief: You can’t trust Hillary with the White House!

HotAir.com ^ | 09/13/2016 | ED MORRISSEY

Do voters grasp the significance of Hillary Clinton’s e-mail scandal and her mishandling of classified information? One certainly does — and he knows the Clintons all too well. James Woolsey served as CIA director under Bill Clinton during his first term, and he knows enough to tell the rest of us that Hillary Clinton can’t be trusted with the nation’s security. In fact, he’s joining Team Trump as an adviser for that reason:
“She demonstrated a complete lack of understanding and an inability to lead the agency she headed in such a way as to maintain its mission and security,” Woolsey said in a statement.
“Based on the emails thus far released we know that Secretary Clinton also lacks the ability to lead her senior managers while complying with and maintaining the basic protocols designed to protect our government’s sensitive and classified information. Mr. Trump understands the magnitude of the threats we face and is holding his cards close to the vest.”
As Politico’s Brianna Ehley points out, Trump isn’t the first Republican Woolsey has endorsed. He also publicly supported John McCain in 2008, although his endorsement didn’t have much impact. This is a different situation; Woolsey worked directly for Bill Clinton for two years, and presumably had some contact with Hillary Clinton. Despite that familiarity — or maybe because of it? — Woolsey has chosen the less-experienced Trump as the safer national-security bet.
Woolsey went on CNN to discuss his endorsement, and got a tough reception. In this interview, Woolsey focused more on Hillary’s budget proposals than on the e-mail scandal:
Woolsey appeared on CNN shortly after the announcement, saying he joined the Trump campaign because he favors the Republican candidate’s defense budget proposal. Trump has proposed to lift the caps on defense spending. Woolsey also advised Republican John McCain’s presidential campaign.
“He seems to be very much more so than his opponent in favor of a strong defense budget and we have got a lot of space to make up, problems that have been left in defense by the Obama administration,” Woolsey said on CNN Monday, adding that Trump is more willing to keep classified information private.
“He seems willing to keep a secret and not to blab everything to the public and our opponents. You can’t go yakking about everything you’re interested in. You have to keep your counsel,” Woolsey said.
CNN hosts Kate Bolduan and John Berman tried to shake Woolsey by asking some odd questions about whether he “likes” Donald Trump, and suggested that Trump blabbed secrets by talking about the briefers’ body language. “I wouldn’t suggest body language is classified,” Woolsey quipped. They then tried to pin Woolsey down on specific examples of Hillary “blabbing,” apparently unaware of the irony of that question in light of Hillary’s e-mail server and her professed incomprehension of classifications and security protocols. Had they read Woolsey’s statement, they might have already had an answer to that question.
