FBI holiday weekend document drop is devastating to Hillary

American Thinker ^ | 3 Sep, 2016 | Thomas Lifson

The decision to wait for late Friday on Labor Day weekend to release the FBI’s investigation notes of Hillary Clinton’s email practices offers further evidence of the politicization of the agency. As the United States slides into a banana republic, we now know that a political thumb is on the scale at the two most feared federal agencies: the IRS and the FBI.
Still, one can understand why the Hillary faction wanted to obscure the documents, for they contain toxic revelations that disqualify Hillary Clinton from the presidency.
Normally, a holiday weekend ensures that few people analyze or even hear about the content of the documents. But this is a presidential campaign, and the emails are a gift that keeps on giving to her opponents, with hackers and the slow-walk investigation dripping out further revelations. Although her camp is already declaring, “Nothing to see here; move along,” the Trump campaign and the dissident media will not let this drop, and the facts are so disturbing (and consistent with Trump campaign themes) that when the Labor Day haze lifts, the issues will still be hot.
First and foremost: Hillary has blamed her head injuries for startling memory lapses.
Julia Edwards of Reuters reported that "Hillary Clinton told federal investigators she did not recall all the briefings she received on handling government records while U.S. secretary of state because of a concussion suffered in 2012."
A moment’s reflection reveals that Hillary Clinton has admitted that she was unable to adequately perform job functions directly related to national security because of a brain injury.

Here Is Proof of the Impending Trump Landslide

Gateway Pundit ^ | September 3,2016 | Jim Hoft

Do you notice the difference? Four years ago the undecided voters made up around 5 percent of the electorate. Everyone else had already made up their mind.

This year anywhere from 10 to 20 percent of voters SAY they have not yet settled on a candidate.

Hillary Clinton is a known quantity. Americans know she is a corrupt liar. In fact, “liar and dishonest” are the two most used words to describe Hillary.

The Democrat-media complex hates Trump and his supporters with a passion. Republican elites hate Trump and his supporters. Hillary even gave a gave a speech last week on how Trump supporters are racist KKK fans.

Do you really think the undecided voters are looking at Hillary? Unlikely.
This may be the best proof yet of an impending Trump landslide.

“I Don’t Recall” ^ | September 3, 2016 | D.W. Wilber

Any criminal defense lawyer worth their salt will offer their clients a list of options when it comes to interviews with federal investigators. They normally will tell their clients to avoid testifying, but if they do testify then to tell the truth. They can also “plead the fifth” and assert their right of protection against self-incrimination. Or in the case of Hillary Clinton they can simply claim “I can’t recall.” A person can’t be proven later on by investigators to have lied if they insert a convenient lapse of memory at the appropriate time during an interview. A tactic that the trained lawyer Hillary has used repeatedly throughout her career.
During her husband’s administration when she served as First Lady, Hillary Clinton was questioned under oath during the investigation into the Whitewater scandal. According to reports about her testimony, the then First Lady had a great deal of difficulty remembering anything at all, using the “I don’t recall or I don’t remember defense” a number of times. For Clinton having a photographic memory and testifying truthfully would not be a good thing at all. Indictments almost certainly would follow !
The strategy for Clinton has always been to lie about any potentially embarrassing issues that may come to light, and then when the initial lie starts to fall apart just compound it with another lie. And to keep doing so until people eventually become so confused that they can’t keep track of how many lies were told, and what the original lie was about in the first place.
As part of her tactics to cover up her dishonesty she will often make subtle changes to her original lies. Change a word here, change a word there. We all remember how her unequivocal statement “I never sent any classified information” morphed into “I never sent anything marked classified”, and other variations.
Always phrasing her statements just enough to provide herself a little wiggle room so that she can create a question for investigators about her original intent. This she apparently did remarkably well during the recent FBI investigation into her use of a private e-mail server, since the FBI recommended no prosecution. Even though “intent” should have played no part in the Bureau’s decision.
And she has shown herself to definitely be a practitioner of the old adage “if you tell a lie often enough people will begin to believe it’s the truth”. She has done so with all of the questionable activities she has been involved with throughout her career, from Whitewater, cattle futures, covering up “bimbo eruptions” involving her husband, the Benghazi attacks, and many, many others. Of course most Democrats use this tactic often. Barack Obama told us repeatedly that “we could keep our doctor, we could keep our health insurance plan” didn’t he ?
Lying repeatedly over the many years of her long public life has become such a part of Clinton’s persona that it sometimes seems to have become difficult for her to recognize what is the truth, even when testifying under oath and facing the threat of perjury charges. But Hillary’s no dummy, she’s a trained lawyer so she simply resorts to ‘strategically invoked lapses of memory’ when confronted with particularly troublesome facts.
In Hillary’s case she’s found it necessary to lie about practically everything she’s ever been involved with, since practically everything she’s ever been involved with has crossed the line into unethical at the least, and criminal at the worst. Including her most recent ‘pay for play’ scandal via the Clinton Foundation.
The calls for an independent special prosecutor continue to grow from Republicans in Congress and many others outside of government, since it appears the Obama Justice Department under Attorney General Loretta Lynch is not willing to represent the American people and hold Hillary Clinton accountable.
Curiously silent about the depth and breadth of evidence that is mounting against Clinton has been the so-called mainstream media. One can make the case that much of the news media is guilty of ‘aiding and abetting a criminal enterprise’ by helping to cover up for the Clintons. Would they be as gracious towards a Republican candidate with the same record ?
While there’s been a lot of recent discussion about whether or not Clinton is experiencing some health issues that she’s been trying to cover up, the real problem with Clinton is that she continues to try to cover up her many character flaws. Clearly it’s intended to keep from voters the fact that she’s the most dishonest and corrupt politician in American history to ever run for President of the United States.
In one regard the election of Hillary Clinton would indeed truly be an historic event. If the campaign lasted just a little longer, Hillary could be the first candidate ever to run for president while wearing a criminal ankle bracelet.

Donald Trump in Mexico: He looked and sounded like a confident man who might make a president!

The Washington Times ^ | August 31, 2016

Hillary Clinton and the Democrats — and a considerable number of Republican summer soldiers who play “can you top this” with each other to see who can say the most hateful things about their party’s nominee — thought they had Donald Trump’s number.
He was ignorant, a blustery racist, a blowhard bigot and maybe even guilty of mopery, a little bit crazy and unable to learn from his mistakes. He wouldn’t take the advice of anyone and he would be buried under a landslide for Hillary Clinton. No foreign leader would deign to talk to him, because he wouldn’t know what to say, anyway. The polls would soon reflect the dimensions of the anticipated landslide.
Hillary and the naysayers were clearly flummoxed that President Enrique Pena Nieto of Mexico invited the Donald to meet him at Los Pinos, the presidential palace in the Chapultepec Forest in central Mexico City, and the Republican nominee quickly accepted. He not only braved the anger and contempt The New York Times said he would find there, but was treated respectfully, seriously and as if the president of Mexico thinks he might well be the next president of the United States. (He’ll entertain Hillary later.)
Mr. Trump, for his part, acted presidential, speaking respectfully of both his host and his host’s country, further infuriating the Never Trumpers. He did not back away from his criticism, blunt and always offered with the bark on, that uncontrolled immigration from Latin America is more than the United States should and would tolerate. America, like Mexico and all other nations, has the right to protect its borders and the right to preserve its culture, traditions and history. There would soon be a new day in Washington...

WND ^ | 9/2/2016 | GREG COROMBOS

Just one month after Hillary Clinton accepted the Democratic Party presidential nomination, her convention bounce is over, her disapproval numbers are at record highs and women voters are one of the biggest reasons why.
In a new survey commissioned by ABC News and the Washington Post, just 41 percent of Americans see Clinton favorably while 56 view her unfavorably. Her numbers are still better than Republican nominee Donald Trump, who is saddled with a 63 percent disapproval rating. Just 35 percent have a favorable opinion of him.
While not good, Trump’s numbers are staying largely consistent over the past month, ticking up one percentage point in approval since early August. Clinton, however, has dropped several points. In early August, 48 percent of Americans looked at her favorably while 50 percent saw her unfavorably. In just four weeks, Clinton has fallen from a two-point gap to a 15-point chasm.
And the biggest reason may be a considerable drop among women. Just after the Democratic Party convention, the ABC News/Washington Post poll showed 54 percent of women had a positive impression of Clinton, with 43 percent not thinking highly of her. Now, 52 percent of women voters see Clinton unfavorably, and 45 percent approve of her.
“It is the lowest rating that she has had in terms of women liking and supporting her for an entire year,” said Independent Women’s Forum Senior Fellow Gayle Trotter. “This is something that has been building awhile. Her general unpopularity rating has taken a real hit in the last three weeks.”
Trotter told WND and Radio America Clinton’s drop is largely to her own dishonesty and new revelations about her email server and conduct while secretary of state.

Trump Hires the Original Hillary Hunter

The Daily Beast ^ | Sept. 1, 2016 | Shane Harris

It may be 2016, but the 1990s “vast right-wing conspiracy” is alive, well, and increasingly an integral part of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
Trump added the most recent addition on Thursday when he tapped David Bossie, a veteran conservative opposition researcher and longtime adversary of Bill and Hillary Clinton, as his deputy campaign manager.
In an interview with The Washington Post, which first reported Bossie’s hiring on Thursday, Trump called him “a friend of mine for many years. Solid. Smart. Loves politics, knows how to win.”

Trump or Clinton? Why CafePress' sales might be the most accurate presidential poll

The Louisville Business Journal ^ | September 2, 2016 | Baylee Pulliam

Which presidential candidate is leading in the polls — Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump?
That depends on what poll you're looking at, and some of them are likely more accurate than others. But while most rely on simply asking people which candidate they prefer, CafePress Inc. CEO Fred Durham says it might be better to look at people who vote with their dollar.
"That's the energized vote bank that's going to show up on Election Day," he said. "That's the most passionate part of the population."
The Louisville-based internet retailer sells loads of political gear on its website, and keeps track of which candidate's stuff is selling more. It's sort of like a poll, but Durham said the numbers are more accurate. Not everyone who responds to a traditional poll will actually vote on Election Day, but CafePress customers probably will.
"They're all going to the polls," he said. "You buy stuff, you're actually going to vote."
Plus, it takes a certain amount of passion to make someone willing to brand themselves with their political ideology — and those ideologies are well, let's just say bold. Go to the politics section of CafePress' online store, and you'll see everything from far left, to far right, to fed up with all of it.
Most of that is actually designed by users — another reason Durham said the retailer's polls are so accurate. And it's probably why the company's been able to predict the outcome of every presidential election since it was founded in 1999.
Some gear sold by CafePress is for candidates (" Hillary for President") and some are against (" Hillary for Prison"), which Durham said gives the company even more insight into what people will do at the polls.
For example, the company can tell if you're backing republican nominee Donald Trump because you genuinely like him, or just because you don't like Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton. And vice versa, of course.
"You get a sense of not only how people vote, but why," he said.
And since they have such a wide customer base, the sales figures are a pretty good cross-section of voters — "we are America," he said.
As for the outcome of this election, we'll find out for sure come November. But if we follow CafePress' sales so far this year, Trump is winning by a little more than 20 percent.
So far this year, Clinton-bashing merchandise sales have been a whopping 814.88 percent higher than that for anti-Trump merchandise.
