Barack Obama is the biggest liar ever to stain the Presidency of the US!

Flopping Aces ^ | 10-28-13 | DrJohn

"We will keep this promise to the American people"
They are the stuff of legend. They are not debatable. They were etched in stone. They're ironclad. There is no wiggle room.
They are the promises, the guarantees, that Barack Obama made to America about Obamacare.
You can keep your plan.
You can't:

My wife, the syndicated San Francisco Chronicle columnist Debra J. Saunders, has learned that at least 500,000 Californians may lose their health insurance next year — and that’s a conservative estimate. From her Token Conservative blog:
According to this link as of December 2012, there were 491,977 covered lives in individual health care plans regulated by the state Department Insurance that are not grandfathered under the Affordable Care Act. (If they bought a plan after March 2010, their coverage is not grandfathered.) This is a 2012 number, but if the number of people with private coverage hasn’t changed much in the last ten months, that’s half a million Californians who will lose their coverage.
Between 7 million and 16 million will be losing their health care plans at a minimum.
You can keep your doctor.
No you can't:

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)-- In the midst of major changes in health care, UnitedHealthCare has sent thousands of pink slips to Connecticut doctors.Termination letters went to physicians caring for Medicare patients. Those letters were sent out to doctors caring for 'Medicare Advantage' patients. It's a plan, marketed to Seniors to provide additional services through UnitedHealthCare.
A mix of primary care and specialty doctors are affected by it. And it comes at a questionable time.
Open enrollment for Medicare starts next Tuesday, and it's still not clear at this time as to which doctors are still in the United network.
The Connecticut State Medical Society is fighting back. The biggest concern is patient access to healthcare.
Health care premiums will go down $2500 per family per year.
Your costs will go down 3000%
The truth: No they won't.

Thousands of Californians are discovering what Obamacare will cost them — and many don't like what they see. These middle-class consumers are staring at hefty increases on their insurance bills as the overhaul remakes the healthcare market. Their rates are rising in large part to help offset the higher costs of covering sicker, poorer people who have been shut out of the system for years.
Although recent criticism of the healthcare law has focused on website glitches and early enrollment snags, experts say sharp price increases for individual policies have the greatest potential to erode public support for President Obama's signature legislation.
Obamacare- it's not a tax.
The truth? It IS a tax.
It will take 28 minutes to sign up.
Uh, nope.

'Extortion': Holder Abuses Law to Enrich Former Employer, Target Republicans!

Breitbart News ^ | Wynton Hall

We are going to punish our enemies and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us. –President Barack Obama, October 2010 The Obama Justice Department has increased Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement actions over 65% compared to the prior administration, a dramatic shift that stands to benefit Attorney General Eric Holder’s former law firm Covington & Burling—the firm that helped write the law and describes itself as “a leading voice” on FCPA enforcement and compliance. Several FCPA investigations by the Obama Justice Department have included companies headed by top Republican donors including Koch Industries, Las Vegas Sands, Inc., Walmart, News Corporation, and Hewlett-Packard. Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President and Breitbart News Senior Editor-At-Large Peter Schweizer makes the stunning charges and lays out the evidence in his new book, Extortion: How Politicians Extract Your Money, Buy Votes, and Line Their Own Pockets. Schweizer appeared last week on 60 Minutes and Hannity after the New York Times published two articles on the book’s investigative findings.

19 Times Obama Promised to Lower Annual Insurance Premiums By $2500

Breitbart ^ | 10/28/2013 | JOHN NOLTE

In California alone, The Los Angeles Times reports that the average middle class family will see a premium increase of 30%, which is in line with what we are seeing all over the country. But on at least 19 occasions, President Obama promised the American people that if you already have insurance, his plan would reduce your premiums to $2500 per year.

Dialing 1-800-F**K-YOU ( The real Obamacare hotline #)

American Thinker ^ | October 28, 2013 | Stella Paul

So what did Obama hope to achieve with his 2,700-page poison pill of ObamaCare?
Simple. Cast your mind back to that golden age one month ago, before you were forced to spend countless precious hours of your mortal life, trying to log onto a $900-million dysfunctional website.

Twas then that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius summoned the media to proclaim the coming glories of ObamaCare. And, lo, the miracle of "health-care" reform arose through the shimmering mists, as she revealed its national hotline number: 1-800-F**K-YO.

And that, dear readers, is the point of the whole shebang. 16 million of you have lost insurance and don't know how you'll get health care for you and your loved ones? Well, 1-800-F**K-YOU.

Howard Dean Tries to Argue Young People Aren't Needed for Obamacare to Work! ^ | October 28, 2013 | Katie Pavlich

Democrats are trying nearly everything they can to stop the American public from completely bailing on Obamacare thanks to the massive train wreck of a roll out we've seen over the past month. Yesterday on ABC's This Week, former DNC Chairman and Democratic Presidential Candidate Howard Dean tried to argue that young people aren't needed for Obamacare to succeed, which is completely false. Dean also argued the roll out of the Obamacare website hasn't been chaos (the good parts are between minutes 1 and 8).
“It is not true that if young people don’t sign up that the program doesn’t work,” Dean said.

Despite Dean's fantasy of Obamacare working without a large number of healthy young people in the system to help pay for older sicker people, the fact is without this demographic, Obamacare collapses on itself. Even the White House has admitted this, hence the reason Health and Human Services Secretary has been targeting young people through ad campaigns, the NFL, "brosurance" and The Daily Show.
Before Obamacare became law, millenials weren't making heathcare insurance a priority in their budgets for two reasons: 1) They can't afford it 2) They don't need it. Now that Obamacare is law, millenials aren't rushing to sign up because 1) They still can't afford it, especially now that it's even more expensive than before 2) They still don't need it or see it as a priority and 3) As S.E. Cupp pointed out on This Week, they aren't going to sit on a website for hours or call a 1-800 number for coverage that is more expensive and difficult to sign up for.
“Obamacare relies on Millennials, these young invincibles, who have never bought health insurance in the past, to suddenly change their behavior and buy something they don’t think they need,” Cupp said. “But culturally, it reads as an inability to read their language…Millennials don’t meet in person with insurance brokers or travel agents, or anyone…They’re not going to be patient as the administration tweaks all of these glitches.”

Obama Should Be Impeached… for Cluelessness!

PJ Media ^ | 27 Oct 2013 | Roger Simon

When I read Sunday evening in the Wall Street Journal that Barack Obama was “unaware” until last summer that the U. S. spied on thirty-five world leaders, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, I was frankly stupefied. (Well, maybe not entirely stupefied, but at least semi-stunned.)
No wonder Obamacare and practically everything else from foreign policy to energy policy is an unmitigated mess. This president and his administration have taken hands-off leadership and leading from behind to unprecedented levels.
What exactly does our president do for a living? What’re we paying him for?
Either the administration officials who leaked this information to the WSJ are lying or Barack Obama should be impeached.
Forget “high crimes and misdemeanors.” For those you have to do something and be conscious. Barack Obama should be impeached for cluelessness.

Global warming gets nearly twice as much taxpayer money as border security (Priorities!!) ^ | 10/28/13 | Michael Bastasch

New estimates show the federal government will spend nearly twice as much fighting global warming this year than on U.S. border security.
The White House reported to House Republicans that there are 18 federal agencies engaged in global warming activities in 2013, funding a wide range of programs, including scientific research, international climate assistance, incentivizing renewable energy technology and subsidies to renewable energy producers. Global warming spending is estimated to cost $22.2 billion this year, and $21.4 billion next year.
At the same time, the federal government will spend nearly $12 billion on customs and border enforcement this year.
Obama’s climate agenda has attracted criticism from congressional Republicans who have been hammering the administration over the accountability and transparency of its global warming efforts.
Republicans on the Energy and Commerce Committee have been calling on the heads of major federal agencies to testify on global warming activities. So far, only the heads of the Energy Department and the Environmental Protection Agency have opted to testify in front of the House.
“With billions of dollars currently being spent annually on climate change activities, Congress and the public should understand the scope of what the federal government is doing, how the billions of dollars are being spent, and what it will accomplish,” said Kentucky Republican Rep. Ed Whitfield. “Anyone who believes the committee ought to be focusing its attention on climate change related issues should be standing with us to get these answers.”
Earlier this summer, the Senate held a hearing to highlight the immediate impacts of global warming. However, Senate Republicans released a report ahead of the hearing that rejected many of the claims made by scientists, politicians and activists about rising global temperatures.

ABC NEWS via AP ^ | Otober 27, 2013 | Staff

U.S. officials responded Sunday night to a report that the National Security Agency ended a program used to spy on German Chancellor Angela Merkel and other world leaders only after an internal Obama administration review started this summer exposed the operation.
An unnamed senior official told The Wall Street Journal that the White House "cut off some monitoring programs after learning of them, including the one tracking Ms. Merkel and some other world leaders. Other programs have been slated for termination but haven't been phased out completely yet."

This has got to be the most brazen, asinine, insulting attempt to lie, cover up the sorry excuse that is Obama in the history of excuses. It's very simple. The fact is he knew very well what was going on. And for that he deserves global unanimity as someone without the slightest social redeeming value. But to contend that he was unaware of what was going, is by every measure, the very worst of a very bad situation. This guy has no shame, modicum of morality. Pride, what a terrible price to pay to salvage an ego. He would rather look like the utter fool he is, lie with such startling ease, apathy merely to save face, do something absolutely immoral to prove to the world how very moral he is.

In Case You Missed It Dept.:

Not only will furloughed federal workers be getting back pay, they'll also get a raise on January 1st. The rest of us get a backed up website and raised insurance rates.

After two weeks of trying, a CNN reporter was STILL unable to sign up for Obamacare online. I bet the IRS's "Pay Your Fine Here" site will work perfectly from day 1.

The CEO of Walmart described America's near-term economic outlook as "tough" and "unpredictable". Remember back when that's how people used to describe Americans?

The latest red tape count: there are now 11.5 million words of Obamacare regulations - 30 times more words than in the law itself. About the same factor you should expect your insurance premiums to go up by.

A new report shows that the government only reviewed one bid before awarding the contract to design the Obamacare website. Amazing! What are the odds of finding the worst possible contractor on the very first try?

At the morning briefing, Jay Carney refused to say when the Obamacare website will be fully functional. I'm guessing just in time for the first successful concrete dirigible test flight.

The L.A. Times said it will no longer publish letters to the editor that deny that man-made global warming is real. Still allowed: letters blaming the Obamacare sign-up website's failure on George Bush.

U.S. debt sinkhole: How did it get so deep and how deep will it get?

People's Daily ^ | 10/26/2013 | Matthew Rusling

Most economists agree that the current pace of U.S. spending is unsustainable in the long run, but how did it get this bad?
How did the U.S. manage to spend its way out of a surplus and into massive debt in roughly a decade, putting itself 17 trillion U.S. dollars in the hole? Moreover, as nations worldwide eye Washington's debt nervously, how will the world's largest economy pay it off?
The issue grabbed headlines earlier this month after a tense standoff between Democrats and Republicans that brought the nation to the edge of a debt default. After the dust cleared, U.S. Congress voted to raise the debt limit, enacting no significant budget cuts, once again putting off dealing with the problem until a later date.
A little longer than a decade ago, no one imagined the United States would find itself here. During the tech-led economic boom of the 1990s, federal revenues exceeded spending for the first time in decades, creating a surplus. And in April 2001, the federal budget hit a peak surplus of 2.61 percent of the GDP, according to Wells Fargo, a U.S. bank and financial services holding company.
Jobs were plentiful and unemployment was low. Young college grads jumpstarted their careers amid a booming economy, and the tech sector fueled a surging stock market. The future seemed bright.
