Illegal Aliens: When the Federal Government Won’t Enforce the Law

The Coach's Team ^ | 12/16/16 | Publius Huldah

Article IV, §4, U.S. Constitution, REQUIRES The United States to protect each of the States against Invasion. It says: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, AND SHALL PROTECT EACH OF THEM AGAINST INVASION…” [emphasis added]
In Federalist No. 43 (3rd para under 6.), James Madison says of this provision: “A protection against invasion is due from every society to the parts composing it…”
Article I, §8, clause 15 grants to Congress the power to provide for calling forth the Militia to, among other things, “repel Invasions”.
But the federal government has persistently refused to call forth the Militia to protect the States on our Southern Border from Invasion, such as Texas and Arizona.
What are States to do when their Lands are invaded, their citizens murdered and kidnapped, their young corrupted by drug-traffickers and recruited by terrorists, and their budgets imploded from unconstitutional federal mandates that we subsidize the invaders? Are the States to sit with folded hands and be destroyed because the federal government refuses to perform its constitutional duty? No! We are Americans! If the federal government refuses to perform its constitutional duty to call out the Militia to protect the States against Invasion, then the States must perform that Duty. And as shown below, they have both an implied and an expressly retained authority to do so.
Article 1, §8, clause 16 grants to Congress the power to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States. This clause reserves to the States the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress.
What is the “Militia”? Webster’s American Dictionary...

Time for Conservatives/Republicans to Unite Behind Trump

American Thinker ^ | December 16, 2016 | Lloyd Marcus

Some conservatives/Republicans are concerned about a lack of post-election unity on our side. Some are still NeverTrump. Some hope Trump will betray us so they can say “I told you so”. Some are angry that Trump won without adhering to traditional political dos and don'ts. Some dislike the fact that Trump is not ideological -- not a pure conservative.
Some on our side have suggested that we may have been better off had Hillary won. They say it would have united conservatives/Republicans to defeat her. I disagree.
Trump defeating Hillary was an extraordinary Christmas gift from God; an opportunity to put the brakes on the Left's mission to destroy every tradition and institution we hold dear that have made America great. Trump's victory also revealed that we who love America are the majority. Folks, that is priceless. Knowing that we have not lost our country to Leftist indoctrination is far more empowering than unity gained fighting a Clinton Administration.
How many times have you felt dispirited over the past eight years? You thought a majority of Americans must hate their country. You thought a majority believed the Left's lies: America was founded on bigotry and hate. The world has too little because America has too much. America deserves to be punished. Americans support Obama rolling out the red carpet for illegals. Remember your little Johnny coming home from elementary school crying his eyes out over our mean Founding Fathers and hating himself for being white?

MICHIGAN RECOUNT: 95 Detroit Poll Books Went Missing for SEVERAL DAYS!

Gateway Pundit ^ | Dec. 15, 2016 | Jim Hoft

Jill Stein was hoping to find more votes for Hillary. And all she found was MASSIVE Democrat voter fraud instead.

Green Party candidate Jill Stein’s Michigan recount unintentionally exposed major voter fraud in Detroit.

Election officials in Michigan found that 37% of precincts in Detroit tabulated more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books.

Hillary Clinton won Wayne County over Donald Trump 67% to 30%.
Now this… 95 Detroit poll books went missing for several days after the election. The Detroit News reported.

Russian Hacking Conspiracy Theory Implodes ^ | Matthew Vadum

The Left’s crusade against Republican presidential electors is kicking into high gear even as the CIA-attributed story that Russian hackers won the White House for Donald Trump is going up in flames.
There is still no evidence –at least none that has been made publicly available– that the Russian government or Russian-backed cyber militias hacked anything to help Trump win the election but that’s not halting the Left’s efforts to delegitimize his presidency before it even begins.
Against this backdrop, members of the Electoral College are preparing to gather this Monday in the 50 states and the District of Columbia to fulfill their constitutional duty. Adding to the drama, some electors are demanding intelligence briefings on the alleged hacking before they vote.
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, whose site released thousands of purported emails from senior Democrats during the recent election campaign, threw cold water on the Russian hacking conspiracy theory.
Assange told Sean Hannity yesterday, “Our source is not the Russian government.” He also said the information WikiLeaks received “has not come from a state party.”
What Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told the House Intelligence Committee on Nov. 17 suggests Assange may be right.
“As far as the WikiLeaks connection [to Russian hackers is concerned] the evidence there is not as strong and we don’t have good insight into the sequencing of the releases or when the data may have been provided,” Clapper said. “We don’t have as good insight into that.”

Caught On Tape: CA Governor Brown Goes On Epic Climate Change Rant; Vows To Defy Trump

ZeroHedge ^ | December 15, 2016

Apparently Trump's recent letter to the Energy Department, which included very pointed questions about climate change research, and/or his appointment of former Texas Governor Rick Perry to lead that department going forward (a department that Perry proposed shutting down back in 2012 for those who may have forgotten), "triggered" California's head snowflake, Governor Jerry Brown, into an epic climate change rant before a gathering of scientists at the American Geophysical Union's national conference in San Francisco.
Vowing to defy Trump's efforts to undermine the "progress" made by California on climate change regulations, Brown promised that his state is "ready to fight."

"We’ve got the scientists, we’ve got the lawyers and we’re ready to fight.""Some people say that they're going to turn off the satellites that are monitoring the climate. I remember back in 1978 I proposed a satellite for California. They called me Governor Moonbeam because of that. I didn't get that moniker for nothing. And if Trump turns off his satellites, California will launch it's own damn satellites. We're going to collect that data."
Apparently, Brown is also not a big fan of Rick Perry ...

"I remember our new Secretary of Energy, he was coming to California and saying 'come to Texas because we have all the jobs in Texas.' Well, California is growing a hell of a lot faster than Texas. And we got more sun than you have oil."
Meanwhile, Brown also took a shot at "fake news" outlets like Breitbart who decided to poke fun at his new regulation passed back in September that requires the state to cut methane emissions from dairy cows and other animals by 40% by 2030. Brown apparently took issue with a Breitbart headline that declared he was attempting to regulate "cow farts."

"The measures on methane that I signed into law, Breitbart and the other clowns talked about cow farts. That's what they reduce. Everything's reduced from seriousness to a joke. Well, it's not a joke."
While we're not sure which organizations he's referencing with his "other clowns" comment, we tend to agree with Brown on this serious news organization would ever post such a ridiculous headline about "cow farts."

With that, here is the full rant from Jerry ... enjoy.

Comey to Trump: The Russians Didn't Influence the Election!

News Max ^ | 12/14/2016 | Newsmax Staff

(Newsmax) – In telephone conversations with Donald Trump, FBI Director James Comey assured the president-elect there was no credible evidence that Russia influenced the outcome of the recent U.S. presidential election by hacking the Democratic National Committee and the emails of John Podesta, the chairman of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

What’s more, Comey told Trump that James Clapper, the director of National Intelligence, agreed with this FBI assessment.
The only member of the U.S. intelligence community who was ready to assert that the Russians sanctioned the hacking was John Brennan, the director of the CIA, according to sources who were briefed on Comey’s conversations with Trump.

“And Brennan takes his marching orders from President Obama,” the sources quoted Comey as saying.

More Detroit Voting "Irregularities": 95 Poll Books "Missing" For Days; 5 Still Nowhere To Be Found

Zero Hedge ^

Last night we noted that Team Hillary, which was supportive of Jill Stein's recount efforts, should be careful what they wish for. New data released yesterday revealed that voting machines in 37% of all Detroit precincts, which skew heavily democratic, registered more votes than they had of actual voters showing up at the polls. The scale of the "voting irregularities" discovered prompted an automatic vote audit by the Michigan Secretary of State, Ruth Johnson.
Today, we learn from the Detroit News, to our "complete surprise," that the "voting irregularity" rabbit hole in Detroit is a bit deeper than initially thought. According to a memo penned by Wayne County election officials, 95 of the 662 precincts in Wayne County waited several days before delivering their poll books to canvassers and 5 of those poll books are still "missing" even today.
Detroit elections officials waited several days to deliver nearly 100 poll books to Wayne County officials charged with certifying the presidential election, newly released documents show.
County clerk officials on Thursday released a memo to State Elections Director Chris Thomas that said 95 poll books from the 662 precincts weren’t available at the start of the canvass, which began the day after the Nov. 8 election. Five of those poll books, which contain the names of voters and ensure the integrity of elections, were never delivered to county canvassers and presumably remain missing.
The revelation comes atop other irregularities that have prompted a state audit. Among other issues, The Detroit News reported this week that voting machines registered more votes than they should have in one-third of all city precincts.
“I’m not happy with how Detroit handled this election at all,” said Krista Hartounian, chairwoman of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers, which certified the election.
“We had been seeing improvement, but this one was different. This one was off.”
Meanwhile, many of the precincts that actually did deliver their poll books in a timely fashion breached official state laws by either not delivering them in sealed envelopes and/or omitting "seal numbers from ballot boxes."

The Impending Collapse Of The Global Warming Scare ^ | Francis Menton

So what can we predict about where the climate scare is going? Among members of the environmental movement, when their heads stop exploding, there are plenty of predictions that this will be terrible for the United States: international ostracism, loss (to China!) of "leadership" in international climate matters, and, domestically, endless litigation battles stalling attempts to rescind or roll back regulations. I see it differently. I predict a high likelihood of substantial collapse of the global warming movement, both domestically and internationally, over the course of the next couple of years.
Start with the EPA. To the extent that the global warming movement has anything to do with "science," EPA is supposedly where that science is vetted and approved on behalf of the public before being turned into policy. In fact, under Obama, EPA's principal role on the "science" has been to prevent and stifle any debate or challenge to global warming orthodoxy. For example, when a major new Research Report came out back in September claiming to completely invalidate all of the bases on which EPA claims that CO2 is a danger to human health and welfare, and thus to undermine EPA's authority to regulate the gas under the Clean Air Act, EPA simply failed to respond. In the same vein, essentially all prominent global warming alarmists refuse to debate anyone who challenges any aspect of their orthodoxy. Well, that has worked as long as they and their allies have controlled all of the agencies and all of the money. Now, it will suddenly be put up or shut up. And in case you might think that the science on this issue is "settled," so no problem, you might enjoy this recent round-up at Climate Depot from some of the actual top scientists.
