Newsweek: “Honoring MIA Soldiers Is Like Supporting Slavery”!

Coach is Right ^ | 8/16/15 | John C. Velisek USN (Ret.)

“An essay published in Newsweek, The Washington Spectator and at least one other website argues that a flag honoring U.S. troops who have been captured or gone missing is actually ‘racist’ and deserves to be treated with the same hostility as the Confederate flag.
‘You know that racist flag?’ writes Rick Perlstein. ‘The one that supposedly honors history but actually spreads a pernicious myth? And is useful only to venal right-wing politicians who wish to exploit hatred by calling it heritage? It’s past time to pull it down.’
No, Perlstein isn’t talking about the Confederate flag, but actually the POW/MIA flag, which can be seen at countless veterans’ events and outside the offices of many congressmen.
The problem lies with the flag’s origins. ‘Missing in action’ soldiers, Perlstein says, were simply invented out of thin air by Richard Nixon in an effort to ‘justify the carnage in Vietnam in a way that rendered the United States as its sole victim.’
Perlstein expresses outrage at Nixon’s administration for inaugurating a ‘newly invented’ missing-in-action category to describe pilots who were shot down and never had their bodies recovered. Perlstein seems to imply that Nixon invented the idea of ‘missing’ soldiers out of whole cloth, though this is quite untrue. Soldiers have been going missing for as long as wars have been fought, and official ‘missing’ classifications were famously applied to thousands of soldiers in both world wars whose fates were impossible to determine.
Whatever the origins of the term itself, Perlstein says the flag is obviously racist, because, well, it implies that being a POW under the North Vietnamese was bad:
‘The moral confusion was abetted by the flag: the barbed-wire misery of...

Donald J Trump ^ | 8/16/15 | Donald J Trump

The three core principles of Donald J. Trump's immigration plan
When politicians talk about “immigration reform” they mean: amnesty, cheap labor and open borders. The Schumer-Rubio immigration bill was nothing more than a giveaway to the corporate patrons who run both parties.
Real immigration reform puts the needs of working people first – not wealthy globetrotting donors. We are the only country in the world whose immigration system puts the needs of other nations ahead of our own. That must change. Here are the three core principles of real immigration reform:
1. A nation without borders is not a nation. There must be a wall across the southern border.
2. A nation without laws is not a nation. Laws passed in accordance with our Constitutional system of government must be enforced.
3. A nation that does not serve its own citizens is not a nation. Any immigration plan must improve jobs, wages and security for all Americans.
Make Mexico Pay For The Wall
For many years, Mexico’s leaders have been taking advantage of the United States by using illegal immigration to export the crime and poverty in their own country (as well as in other Latin American countries). They have even published pamphlets on how to illegally immigrate to the United States. The costs for the United States have been extraordinary: U.S. taxpayers have been asked to pick up hundreds of billions in healthcare costs, housing costs, education costs, welfare costs, etc. Indeed, the annual cost of free tax credits alone paid to illegal immigrants quadrupled to $4.2 billion in 2011. The effects on jobseekers have also been disastrous, and black Americans have been particularly harmed.
The impact in terms of crime has been tragic. In recent weeks, the headlines have been covered with cases of criminals who crossed our border illegally only to go on to commit horrific crimes against Americans. Most recently, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, with a long arrest record, is charged with breaking into a 64 year-old women’s home, crushing her skull and eye sockets with a hammer, raping her, and murdering her. The Police Chief in Santa Maria says the “blood trail” leads straight to Washington.
In 2011, the Government Accountability Office found that there were a shocking 3 million arrests attached to the incarcerated alien population, including tens of thousands of violent beatings, rapes and murders.
Meanwhile, Mexico continues to make billions on not only our bad trade deals but also relies heavily on the billions of dollars in remittances sent from illegal immigrants in the United States back to Mexico ($22 billion in 2013 alone).
In short, the Mexican government has taken the United States to the cleaners. They are responsible for this problem, and they must help pay to clean it up.
The cost of building a permanent border wall pales mightily in comparison to what American taxpayers spend every single year on dealing with the fallout of illegal immigration on their communities, schools and unemployment offices.
Mexico must pay for the wall and, until they do, the United States will, among other things: impound all remittance payments derived from illegal wages; increase fees on all temporary visas issued to Mexican CEOs and diplomats (and if necessary cancel them); increase fees on all border crossing cards – of which we issue about 1 million to Mexican nationals each year (a major source of visa overstays); increase fees on all NAFTA worker visas from Mexico (another major source of overstays); and increase fees at ports of entry to the United States from Mexico [Tariffs and foreign aid cuts are also options]. We will not be taken advantage of anymore.
Defend The Laws And Constitution Of The United States
America will only be great as long as America remains a nation of laws that lives according to the Constitution. No one is above the law. The following steps will return to the American people the safety of their laws, which politicians have stolen from them:
Triple the number of ICE officers. As the President of the ICE Officers’ Council explained in Congressional testimony: “Only approximately 5,000 officers and agents within ICE perform the lion’s share of ICE’s immigration mission…Compare that to the Los Angeles Police Department at approximately 10,000 officers. Approximately 5,000 officers in ICE cover 50 states, Puerto Rico and Guam, and are attempting to enforce immigration law against 11 million illegal aliens already in the interior of the United States. Since 9-11, the U.S. Border Patrol has tripled in size, while ICE’s immigration enforcement arm, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), has remained at relatively the same size.” This will be funded by accepting the recommendation of the Inspector General for Tax Administration and eliminating tax credit payments to illegal immigrants.
Nationwide e-verify. This simple measure will protect jobs for unemployed Americans.
Mandatory return of all criminal aliens. The Obama Administration has released 76,000 aliens from its custody with criminal convictions since 2013 alone. All criminal aliens must be returned to their home countries, a process which can be aided by canceling any visas to foreign countries which will not accept their own criminals, and making it a separate and additional crime to commit an offense while here illegally.
Detention—not catch-and-release. Illegal aliens apprehended crossing the border must be detained until they are sent home, no more catch-and-release.
Defund sanctuary cities. Cut-off federal grants to any city which refuses to cooperate with federal law enforcement.
Enhanced penalties for overstaying a visa. Millions of people come to the United States on temporary visas but refuse to leave, without consequence. This is a threat to national security. Individuals who refuse to leave at the time their visa expires should be subject to criminal penalties; this will also help give local jurisdictions the power to hold visa overstays until federal authorities arrive. Completion of a visa tracking system – required by law but blocked by lobbyists – will be necessary as well.
Cooperate with local gang task forces. ICE officers should accompany local police departments conducting raids of violent street gangs like MS-13 and the 18th street gang, which have terrorized the country. All illegal aliens in gangs should be apprehended and deported. Again, quoting Chris Crane: “ICE Officers and Agents are forced to apply the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Directive, not to children in schools, but to adult inmates in jails. If an illegal-alien inmate simply claims eligibility, ICE is forced to release the alien back into the community. This includes serious criminals who have committed felonies, who have assaulted officers, and who prey on children…ICE officers should be required to place detainers on every illegal alien they encounter in jails and prisons, since these aliens not only violated immigration laws, but then went on to engage in activities that led to their arrest by police; ICE officers should be required to issue Notices to Appear to all illegal aliens with criminal convictions, DUI convictions, or a gang affiliation; ICE should be working with any state or local drug or gang task force that asks for such assistance.”
End birthright citizenship. This remains the biggest magnet for illegal immigration. By a 2:1 margin, voters say it’s the wrong policy, including Harry Reid who said “no sane country” would give automatic citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants.
Put American Workers First
Decades of disastrous trade deals and immigration policies have destroyed our middle class. Today, nearly 40% of black teenagers are unemployed. Nearly 30% of Hispanic teenagers are unemployed. For black Americans without high school diplomas, the bottom has fallen out: more than 70% were employed in 1960, compared to less than 40% in 2000. Across the economy, the percentage of adults in the labor force has collapsed to a level not experienced in generations. As CBS news wrote in a piece entitled “America’s incredible shrinking middle class”: “If the middle-class is the economic backbone of America, then the country is developing osteoporosis.”
The influx of foreign workers holds down salaries, keeps unemployment high, and makes it difficult for poor and working class Americans – including immigrants themselves and their children – to earn a middle class wage. Nearly half of all immigrants and their US-born children currently live in or near poverty, including more than 60 percent of Hispanic immigrants. Every year, we voluntarily admit another 2 million new immigrants, guest workers, refugees, and dependents, growing our existing all-time historic record population of 42 million immigrants. We need to control the admission of new low-earning workers in order to: help wages grow, get teenagers back to work, aid minorities’ rise into the middle class, help schools and communities falling behind, and to ensure our immigrant members of the national family become part of the American dream.
Additionally, we need to stop giving legal immigrant visas to people bent on causing us harm. From the 9/11 hijackers, to the Boston Bombers, and many others, our immigration system is being used to attack us. The President of the immigration caseworkers union declared in a statement on ISIS: “We've become the visa clearinghouse for the world.”
Here are some additional specific policy proposals for long-term reform:
Increase prevailing wage for H-1Bs. We graduate two times more Americans with STEM degrees each year than find STEM jobs, yet as much as two-thirds of entry-level hiring for IT jobs is accomplished through the H-1B program. More than half of H-1B visas are issued for the program's lowest allowable wage level, and more than eighty percent for its bottom two. Raising the prevailing wage paid to H-1Bs will force companies to give these coveted entry-level jobs to the existing domestic pool of unemployed native and immigrant workers in the U.S., instead of flying in cheaper workers from overseas. This will improve the number of black, Hispanic and female workers in Silicon Valley who have been passed over in favor of the H-1B program. Mark Zuckerberg’s personal Senator, Marco Rubio, has a bill to triple H-1Bs that would decimate women and minorities.
Requirement to hire American workers first. Too many visas, like the H-1B, have no such requirement. In the year 2015, with 92 million Americans outside the workforce and incomes collapsing, we need to companies to hire from the domestic pool of unemployed. Petitions for workers should be mailed to the unemployment office, not USCIS.
End welfare abuse. Applicants for entry to the United States should be required to certify that they can pay for their own housing, healthcare and other needs before coming to the U.S.
Jobs program for inner city youth. The J-1 visa jobs program for foreign youth will be terminated and replaced with a resume bank for inner city youth provided to all corporate subscribers to the J-1 visa program.
Refugee program for American children. Increase standards for the admission of refugees and asylum-seekers to crack down on abuses. Use the monies saved on expensive refugee programs to help place American children without parents in safer homes and communities, and to improve community safety in high crime neighborhoods in the United States.
Immigration moderation. Before any new green cards are issued to foreign workers abroad, there will be a pause where employers will have to hire from the domestic pool of unemployed immigrant and native workers. This will help reverse women's plummeting workplace participation rate, grow wages, and allow record immigration levels to subside to more moderate historical averages.

There is no California!

Town Hall ^ | 16 Aug 2015 | Victor Davis Hanson

Driving across California is like going from Mississippi to Massachusetts without ever crossing a state line.
Consider the disconnects: California's combined income and sales taxes are among the nation's highest, but the state's deficit is still about $16 billion. It's estimated that more than 2,000 upper-income Californians are leaving per week to flee high taxes and costly regulations, yet California wants to raise taxes even higher; its business climate already ranks near the bottom of most surveys. Its teachers are among the highest paid on average in the nation, but its public school students consistently test near the bottom of the nation in both math and science.
The state's public employees enjoy some of the nation's most generous pensions and benefits, but California's retirement systems are underfunded by about $300 billion. The state's gas taxes -- at over 49 cents per gallon -- are among the highest in the nation, but its once unmatched freeways, like 101 and 99, for long stretches have degenerated into potholed, clogged nightmares unchanged since the early 1960s

This article will make you angry. The US Government is actively seeking those who criticize government, specifically Barack Obama, and arresting them without charging them. They are remanded to mental health institutions where they are given “training” on how to view the world. Remind you of a little book that George Orwell wrote? It gets worse. Most of the victims of the government’s kidnapping scheme are veterans.
From The Rutherford Institute:
In the four years since the start of Operation Vigilant Eagle, the government has steadily ramped up its campaign to “silence” dissidents, especially those with military backgrounds. Coupled with the DHS’ dual reports on Rightwing and Leftwing “Extremism,” which broadly define extremists as individuals and groups “that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely,” these tactics have boded ill for anyone seen as opposing the government.
One particularly troubling mental health label being applied to veterans and others who challenge the status quo is “oppositional defiance disorder” (ODD). As journalist Anthony Martin explains, an ODD diagnosis
“denotes that the person exhibits ‘symptoms’ such as the questioning of authority, the refusal to follow directions, stubbornness, the unwillingness to go along with the crowd, and the practice of disobeying or ignoring orders. Persons may also receive such a label if they are considered free thinkers, nonconformists, or individuals who are suspicious of large, centralized government… At one time the accepted protocol among mental health professionals was to reserve the diagnosis of oppositional defiance disorder for children or adolescents who exhibited uncontrollable defiance toward their parents and teachers.”
The case of 26-year-old decorated Marine Brandon Raub—who was targeted because of his Facebook posts, interrogated by government agents about his views on government corruption, arrested with no warning, labeled mentally ill for subscribing to so-called “conspiratorial” views about the government, detained against his will in a psych ward for standing by his views, and isolated from his family, friends and attorneys—is a prime example of the government’s war on veterans.
Raub’s case exposes the seedy underbelly of a governmental system that is targeting Americans—especially military veterans—for expressing their discontent over America’s rapid transition to a police state. Here is a news story by RT (Russian Times) about Brandon Raub. Apparently the corporate media in the United States won’t tell his story:
To underscore how big this story truly is, John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute is the lead attorney defending the innocent victims targeted by the Obama Thought Police. Whitehead is quite famous for his defense of the Bill of Rights for the past several decades.
This is big. Obama wants everybody to think like a brain-dead zombie while he transforms America into Orwell’s 1984. Wake up.

Clarice Feldman: You Don't Have (Hillary's) Mail ("Three Card Monty")

American Thinker ^ | August 16, 2015 | Clarice Feldman

Before the Kardashians, reality soap opera fans had the Clintons. If you are too young to have lived through or too old to remember clearly those years, Thomas Lifson has a neat synopsis of As the Clinton World Turns,
This week’s episode, "Three Card Monty", continues as Hillary’s various stories about the official emails she improperly kept on a private server come undone. To refresh the story -- in order to protect national security, assure transparency in government, and to preserve an archive of official actions, she was supposed to use a secured Department of State server. Instead she kept a private, previously undisclosed server which held on it all her official and personal emails and those of her aides. A Freedom of Information Act case was filed and the woman her husband once called “the smartest woman in the world” and her spinners have been churning out excuses ever since.
This week we learned the following:
1. There was some highly classified secret information in her emails -- even in those very few she turned over that had not been scrubbed or tampered with by her and her staff.
There is no doubt that she, or someone on her State Department staff, violated federal law by putting TOP SECRET//SI information on an unclassified system. That it was Hillary’s private, offsite server makes the case even worse from a security viewpoint. Claims that they “didn’t know” such information was highly classified do not hold water and are irrelevant. It strains belief that anybody with clearances didn’t recognize that NSA information, which is loaded with classification markings, was signals intelligence, or SIGINT...

Hardline To Swallow: Obama's causes are not common to us!

The Shinbone: The Frontier of the Free Press ^ | August 16, 2015 | Daniel Clark

While pitching his Iranian nuclear deal to an audience at American University, President Obama said, “It’s those hardliners chanting ‘death to America’ who have been most opposed to the deal. They’re making common cause with the Republican Caucus.” The controversy that’s arisen over that remark is curious, considering that the president has all along condemned “hardliners” in both countries for criticizing the agreement. In fact, after Arkansas senator Tom Cotton voiced his objections in an open letter back in early March, Obama said, “I think it’s somewhat ironic to see some members of Congress wanting to make common cause with the hardliners in Iran.”
Mind you, there’s no more rigid an Iranian hardliner than Ayatollah Khamenei, who actually did participate in a “death to America” chant even as negotiations continued. It’s a tautological fact that Obama and Khamenei, being the main parties to the don’t-call-it-a-treaty agreement, have made common cause with each other. Moreover, both the Iranian and U.S. governments have acknowledged that the lifting of sanctions from Iran will result in an increase in that nation’s funding of terrorism. Do you suppose Iranian-funded terror groups like Hezbollah and Hamas have been rooting for Republican “hardliners” to prevail? No, they’re making common cause with the ayatollah and the president.
Just because two parties desire the same outcome from a particular situation does not mean that they share a “common cause.” Yasir Arafat rejected what seemed like a total diplomatic victory at the 2000 Camp David Summit, because he didn’t want to give up his alleged grievances as a pretext for waging his campaign of terror. Many conservatives expressed relief at his obstinacy, not because they agreed with him, but because they feared for Israel’s survival should the terms have been accepted. Likewise, if there are any Iranian hardliners who oppose the nuke deal, their aims are in diametric opposition to those of the Republicans, who believe the agreement enables Iran to develop nuclear weapons, while at the same time throwing it an economic life preserver.
Any similar divergence between Obama’s goals and those of America’s enemies remains elusive. In exchange for merely slowing down Iran’s nuclear program, the president gave them hundreds of billions of dollars in sanctions relief; yet he did not make this lopsided agreement contingent on the release of the four Americans who are being held as political prisoners. Those people’s freedom should have been required before any other agreement could take place. That wouldn’t have been too much to ask, considering how little else we get from the deal.
This provides an obvious contrast with the case of deserter Bowe Bergdahl, for whom Obama gave back five high-ranking Taliban officials. At first glance, the reason for the disparity seems obvious, in that Bergdahl and his encrusted hippie parents are just the kind of people that the president and his countercultural administration would value. In truth, he simply wanted to release the terrorists because the Taliban had made it a precondition for future negotiations. If he could have traded them for a can of Spam, he would have done it all the same.
Obama has loosened trade and travel restrictions toward Cuba, and normalized diplomatic relations with that country, without requiring any change of behavior from the Castro government. Any arguable benefit to America from that policy change is negligible, but it obviously benefits Cuba’s decaying Communist regime. Oh, and it provides opportunities for future negotiations with another of our enemies. Fidel Castro now says America owes him “many millions of dollars.” How confident are we that Obama disagrees?
In 2009, Communist president Manuel Zelaya of Honduras decided he wanted to remain in power beyond the end of his term, so he tried to amend his nation’s constitution through an illegal referendum, which was materially supported by Venezuelan goon Hugo Chavez. The Honduran supreme court unanimously disagreed, and Zelaya was deposed. Guess whose side Obama was on. While announcing his decision to withhold aid from that country, and deny visas to its citizens, our president demanded that the aspiring totalitarian Zelaya be reinstated in the interest of “restoring democratic rule.”
America has nothing to gain by negotiating with enemies whose aim is nothing short of our total destruction, or by propping up and defending Communist brutes. There’s no question that Obama has consistently and zealously made common cause with our enemies, and the enemies of freedom in general. As long as he’s the one bringing up the subject, he ought to be held to account for it.

Hillary Goes Off On Republicans For Talking About Her Private Email Server ( I mean she scolded them like an old, cranky grandma.)

Young Conservatives ^ | 08/15/2015 | Hannah Bleau

And by “goes off,” I mean she scolded them like an old, cranky grandma.
At the Iowa Democratic Wing Ding Friday, Hillary told a crowd that she wasn’t going to sink as low as Republicans and “play politics.”
I’ll give you a moment to wipe away your tears of laughter. Because what a joke!
She said that Republicans are only talking about private email server to score political points and only use Benghazi as a way to demonize her.

From the Daily Caller:
“[Republicans will] try to tell you this is about Benghazi, but it is not,” Clinton told an audience at the event, her voice fraught with anger and her finger wagging in the air.
“Benghazi was a tragedy. Four dedicated public servants lost their lives,” she added. “And we have to be focused on how to prevent future tragedies.”
Yes. Forget about Benghazi. Forget about how they reached out to her for help and requested additional security months before the attack. Forget about how her State Department crafted the lie about the “offensive” video. Forget about how Hillary and her minions actually sought assistance from foreign jihadists to help them spread the video lie.
Those are all just a bunch of nonsensical political talking points.
Hillary would also like us all to forget about the shadiness surrounding her use of a private email server. Really, it’s not about that.
“And you know what, it’s not about emails or servers, either,” she continued. “It’s about politics.”
“I won’t play politics with national security or dishonor the memories of those we’ve lost. I won’t pretend that that is anything other than what it is — the same old partisan games we’ve seen so many times before.”
She’s SO above that, you guys. She’s just another “ordinary American” doing “ordinary American” things like wiping private servers clean, giving $250K+ speeches and lying to everyone.
Nothing to see here. Move along minions.

Sick Irony: Shouting ‘Black Lives Matter’ in a Planned Parenthood Shirt

Breitbart 2016 ^ | 8/15/15 | Lee Stranahan

Black Lives Matter protestors wearing pink Planned Parenthood shirts shut down a recent rally by Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush, providing further evidence that the #BlackLivesMatter movement is not a marginal political group, but an increasing vital part of the institutional left’s community organized shock troop coalition.
(video at link)
The YouTube video’s description makes it clear that the angry free speech haters came from a cross section of the left’s current flavors of special interest groups: illegal aliens, union members and the sexually confused. The description says:
#BlackLivesMatter shut down a Jeb Bush presidential town hall in Las Vegas. Standing alongside them: Planned Parenthood, teachers, undocumented people, immigrants, children, women, men, the trans community, and some from the white community.

Hillary Skips Public Forum To Tell Reporters That Regular Voters Don’t Care About Email Scandal

Daily Caller ^ | 8/15/15 | Chuck Ross

Hillary Clinton asserted at the Iowa State Fair Saturday that average voters don’t care about her use of a private email server as secretary of state.
But the Democrat avoided testing out her theory, opting to answer questions from reporters rather than attending The Des Moines Register Presidential Soapbox, a forum nearly all of the other candidates for president will have attended by the time the fair ends next week.
“We’ll see how this all plays out, but it’s not anything people talk to me about as I travel around the country. It is never raised in my town halls. It’s never raised in my other meetings with people,” Clinton told reporters at the fair when asked about the FBI’s investigation into her home-brew email server.
She was accompanied by former Iowa Sen. Tom Harkin, who endorsed his former senate colleague in The Des Moines Register earlier this week.
“I never sent classified material on my email, and I never received any that was marked classified,” Clinton maintained.
“So I’m going to let whatever this inquiry is go forward and will await the outcome of it. The State Department has confirmed what I just said to you.”
Clinton’s qualification that she did not receive any emails that were “marked classified” is a relatively new wrinkle in her explanation of the use of a private email account.
The FBI seized Clinton’s home-brew email server from a New Jersey data center earlier this week. That’s after I. Charles McCullough, the Intelligence Community inspector general, found two emails he believes contained “top secret” information at the time they were sent. Clinton did not send the emails, but they traversed her server, which was housed at the time in the basement of her Chappaqua, N.Y. home.
When the scandal broke open in March, Clinton said “there was no classified material” on the server. But as the inquiry has progressed, she’s revised that claim. Last month in Iowa she said that “I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received.”
But as Clinton alters her claim with each new twist, she’s taken a more aggressive stance on the campaign trail against Republicans for their role in pushing the issue.
“But I do think that if you look at the Republicans in Congress, the ones running for president, there is an unfortunate tendency to try to make partisan a tragedy in Benghazi which I just fundamentally disagree with,” Clinton said Saturday. “I don’t think it’s right, and I will not participate in it.”
Clinton’s remarks at the fair were similar — though not as fiery — as her scathing attack on Republicans at the Democratic Wing Ding Dinner Friday.
“I won’t get down in the mud with them,” Clinton said of Republicans at that event, her voice low and her finger wagging in the air.
“I won’t play politics with national security or dishonor the memories of those we’ve lost. I won’t pretend that that is anything other than what it is — the same old partisan games we’ve seen so many times before.”
Just before Clinton’s press conference, former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee answered questions at Presidential Soapbox. Vermont U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders is scheduled to answer questions from the public later on Saturday. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush fielded questions Friday. Only Donald Trump has said he will not take part in the event. It is unclear why Trump will avoid the forum, but it may stem from a falling out he had with The Des Moines Register last month over a negative editorial it published about the billionaire.

Illegal Aliens SUING US for Emotional Harm!

CleanTV ^ | 8-15-15 | CleanTV

Have you ever heard the phrase, "Give 'em an inch and they'll take a mile?"

I can't think of a better illustration of that adage than this.
Illegal aliens who entered the U.S. ILLEGALLY and were given free meals while in detention centers, are now suing the United States because their meals weren't good enough and their treatment wasn't good enough and their feeeeeeeeeeelings were hurt.
Five illegals from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras are suing for MILLIONS in damages for alleged psychological harm and medical care that wasn't up to their desired standards.
How on earth can they justify such a claim? That's like breaking into someone's home, eating their food, swimming in their pool and suing them because you got stomach cramps from not waiting long enough before entering their pool.
So in search of an answer as to why illegals think they are entitled to one dime, no less a billion dimes, we sought out the attorney for this breaking and entering band. His name is Andrew Free. Yes, Free is his real name. Might as well be Moses, but I digress. Free told the Associated Press that the insufficient standard of care violated his clients' 'rights.'
Rights? Did we hear that right? Rights? What kind of stinkin' rights should burglars get? Or rapists, or murderers? You next thing you know, axe murderers will be suing the families of their victims for wardrobe damage, you know, blood on their clothing inflicted upon them by their victims, so recklessly and thoughtlessly bleeding on their clothing.
Regardless of how patently absurd this all sounds, it's happing in America, a land that has largely lost its morals, is incapable of exercising righteous judgment and has lost its collective will to exist. People walk around paralyzed, cowering in fear of accidentally becoming politically incorrect.
Come on, America, snap out of it! You're better than this. Fight this sort of absurdity! Don't just sit back and take it. Pray to God Almighty for personal and national moral revival. For we are collapsing in from within and we need help. Help!

10 Scandals Involving Hillary Clinton You May Have Forgotten

Brad Fox

Hillary Clinton has been involved in scandals before. Here are some notable ones you may have forgotten.

Chinagate - The Clinton-Gore campaign in 1996 allegedly took bribes from Chinese banks and their government to help their dwindling poll numbers. The Chinese embassy in D.C. helped siphon funds into the DNC. Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown (who was killed in a plane crash), and at Hillary’s instruction reportedly sold seats on department trade missions to China. Joint congressional hearings were canceled after Democrats threatened to bring up Republican campaign issues and then Monica Lewinsky actually saved this scandal from media attention.

Travelgate Scandal - Catherine Cornelius, a 25-year-old cousin of Bill's was allegedly promised the position of director of the travel office. Hillary Clinton then (indirectly) fired seven employees from the United States travel office and replaced them with associates from Arkansas. Records were either nowhere to be found or incorrectly filed. And, there's a reported attempt to give a White Houseairline contract to friend. Hillary had the FBI investigate Billy Dale, the head of the travel office, ruining his career who was found to do nothing wrong, but was then audited by the IRS for three years after.

"Billy Dale and his family went through hell thanks to the Clintons, Attorney General Janet Reno, the FBI and the IRS," Irvine wrote. "Hillary's greatest crime was not perjury, it was trying to send an innocent man to prison to justify having fired him and his staff without cause."

“A memorandum by a former Presidential aide depicts Hillary Rodham Clinton as the central figure in the 1993 travel office dismissals, a politically damaging episode that the aide said had resulted from a climate of fear in which officials did not dare question Mrs. Clinton's wishes," wrote the NYT in 1996.

Whitewater Scandal - Hillary and her husband were partners in a shady real estate development firm called Whitewater Development Corp in Arkansas. Accusations of impropriety against the Clintons and others soon surfaced, regarding improper campaign contributions, political and financial favors, and tax benefits. Clinton’s friends and majority owners,  James and Susan McDougal were jailed for fraud, Clinton's successor, Governor Jim Tucker, was jailed for fraud along with municipal judges David Hale and Eugene Fitzhugh who worked with James McDougal. The Clintons walked away unscathed, having apparently done nothing wrong.

Vince Foster Jr. Mystery - Questions cloud the suicide of Vince Foster, former colleague, friend, and White House aid  of Hillary’s who had connections to Travelgate, and the Whitewater scandals. Read the link above entitled "The Man Who Knew too Much. . ."

Filegate Scandal - Craig Livingstone, director of the White House's Office of Personnel Security "improperly" accessed FBI files on several hundred individuals.

Mrs. Clinton called it a, "completely honest bureaucratic snafu."

Many of these files were on people from previous Republican administrations. Hillary Clinton hired Livingston and is alleged to have looked at the files and requested this move. She was accused by Republicans of  violating privacy rights of individuals she viewed as political adversaries.

Cattle-Futures Miracle - Hillary’s first commodity trade was in cattle futures where she ordered 10 futures contracts which normally cost $12,000 dollars with only $1,000 dollars in her account.
