Global warming: When science meets science fiction!

washington times ^ | June 6, 2015 | Tim Constantine

That’s right, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is turning science into science fiction — literally.
The federal agency “adjusted” the hiatus in warming out of the temperature record.
New climate data by NOAA “scientists and researchers doubles the warming trend since the late 1990s by adjusting pre-hiatus temperatures downward and inflating temperatures in more recent years.
You read me right. These “scientists and researchers” have determined they know better than the actual weather records what the temperatures around the globe were and are. It’s not fact. It’s not science. It’s their best guess, which by no small coincidence, supports the theory of global warming.
Let’s call it what it is. The science fiction of global warming.

The panic that dare not speak its name: Hillary looks like a loser to Dems!

American Thinker ^ | 06/06/2015 | Thomas Lifson

No Democrats are willing to go on the record with their doubts about Hillary Clinton’s electability – not even the gaggle of hopeless, sad-sack nominal opponents for the nomination: Lincoln “metric system” Chafee, Bernie “socialism now!” Sanders, and Martin “the guy who taxed rain” O’Malley.  But a shocking potential rival is waiting in the wings.

The realization is dawning on many in the jackass party that they have an unappealing, gaffe-prone, self-entitled, scandal-ridden presumptive nominee on their hands.  I called out the growing  subterranean panic three weeks ago.  Now with CNN polling revealing movement away from Hillary, the conservative press (herehere, and here, for instance) is joining me in highlighting the panic that the Democrats still fear open mention of.

The problem for the Dems is that their bench is ridiculously thin.  Leave aside the joke candidates already in the field, and all they’ve got is Elizabeth Warren, who, for all her socialist rhetoric (and personal profiteering from real estate flipping) and her affirmative action gamesmanship as a phony Native American, is a good talker.  But even in deep blue Massachusetts she was unable to deliver a convincing victory in her Senate run.  And perhaps knowing about more hypocrisy in her background, she is not anxious at all to throw herself into a run for the White House, with all the scrutiny that would entail.

Obama’s Weekly Address: Forgets D-Day; Honors Foreign Invaders of America ^ | june 6, 2015 | matthew k. Burke

Today is the 71st Anniversary of D-Day, the anniversary of the invasion of Normandy, one of the most important, most historic and what should be one the most important remembered days in American history.
The unspeakable bravery of these heroes of the Greatest Generation must never be forgotten, and one would think that our “Commander-in-Chief” would use June 6, to remind our great nation that they owe their freedom to these brave men.
Yet, America-hating Marxist Dictator Obama issued his weekly address to Americans on D-Day and made no mention of D-Day, but instead used it to honor a different kind of invasion, an invasion of foreigners illegally crossing our border and being allowed to stay here by a regime hellbent on implementing the evil “Cloward and Piven” strategy to “fundamentally transform” America by overwhelming our social structure, thereby destroying capitalism and a civil society so that communism will be the final result.
Rather than honor our brave heroes on this historic day, Obama chose to use the official weekly “presidential” address to honor Immigrant Heritage Month, an address he could have easily given any other Saturday in June, while promising to continue to fight for his unconstitutional illegal amnesty via his newfound pen and phone powers.
Using deceitful rhetoric like “America is a nation of immigrants” as he conflates illegal and legal immigration as being identical, he purposely neglects to point out that we are a nation of legal citizens derived from people who have immigrated to America legally by going through the process.

'Radical, Far-Right, Extremists' of the John Birch Society Exonerated by History!

Once mocked and derided -as conservatives are today-

JBS warnings now appear to have been prescient...

The John Birch Society was founded in 1958 by Robert Welch, a retired candy manufacturer who saw collectivism as the main threat to western civilization. What he feared and intended to fight on the home-front were useful-idiot-type liberals serving as what he called 'secret communist traitors'- these fellow Americans were providing cover for a move towards one-world socialist government (stuff that used to sound kind of crazy
at most any point in time prior to the bizarre Obammunist era).

The organization took its name from an American Baptist missionary (and US intelligence officer) who was shot dead by Red Chinese forces in August 1945, therefore it was that
John Birch
was honored as 'first fatality of the Cold War'.

The JBS agenda was -and is- pro-family, pro-Christian,
anti-communist, anti-UN, and anti-big government,
while treating theprinciples of the US Constitution/Bill of Rights as sacrosanct

The patriotic group's charter was based on efforts to oppose plans of what they said were a small group of 'Insiders' working surreptitiously both in and outside of government to bring the this country's free-market enterprise system to it's knees while incrementally stripping America's sovereignty and inflicting a socialist society upon our people- sound familiar?

But they also felt both the USSR and US governments were under the influence of the same international cabal, one keen to bring about a collectivist 'New World Order'... all orchestrated from behind the scenes and by-hook-or-by-crook (same as Obama's M.O.)

Naturally such conspiracy theory brought massive derision
-particularly from those it exposed- and the John Birch Society was disregarded by many as paranoid and delusional, among other things. Yet in our time, it's already become more than apparent they knew what hey were talking about:

Agenda of the NWO socialists according to JBS (1958):
  • surrender of American sovereignty to UN
    and other international organizations
  • greatly expanded government spending...
    'as wastefully as possible'
  • higher (and then much higher) taxes
  • increasingly unbalanced budget-
    despite tax increases
  • wild inflation of our currency and
    destruction of our savings
  • greatly increased socialistic controls over every operation of our economy... and every activity
    of our daily lives
  • correspondingly huge increases in federal bureaucracy, and both cost and reach of government
  • far more centralization of power in Washington
(and gradual erosion of states' power)
  • creeping federalization of education system
  • anti-war propaganda, "peace" at all costs...
thus inevitably on enemy terms (of course)

Just listen to what the man had to say back in the 70s -most of this quoted from their 1958 charter- and you tell me he's not talking about the internationalist-socialist Soro-bama regime that's currently ripping this country a new one... John Birch Society

Ever Wonder How Much You Can Make on Welfare Annually?

Here's the top 20 states in the US of A for shameless barnacles to belly-up to the trough, based on data from a study conducted last year by the
CATO institute...
When welfare payments exceed what can be made working full time at the minimum wage -as is now the case in 35 states- one can see how we might have a problem or two, i.e. exponentially-soaring entitlementspending coupled to an increasingly lazy, demoralized, handout-addicted workforce:
1. Hawaii: $60,590
2. District of Columbia: $50,820
