Why Does Obama Deal With Iran?

For many people the explanation of Obama's dealings with Iran are simple enough, he's a Muslim and he hates Jews.

But I thought Muslims didn't kill fellow Muslims. Why did Bin Laden get killed? There's explanation from the reaction of Marxist-Leninist (Communist) personalities to the events of 9/11.
Gerry Adams of Sinn Fein-IRA (a Soviet backed terror organization of renown in its more violent days) spoke in Dublin five days afterwards saying 9/11 was a "major setback" for "progressive movements" around the world.
His comments were echoed word for word months later by none other than one of the world's most renowned Marxist-Leninists (Communists) Cuba's Fidel Castro "major setback"-"progressive movements".
Bin Laden's over the top use of hijackings and bombings had discredited these tried and true methods of spreading Communism for the old Soviet backed Marxist-Leninist terror groups like the IRA, PLO and FARC among others.
Lets get back to Iran now.

Leftist journalist Glenn Greenwald was interviewed on Glenn Beck's show last week in connection with his book about Edward Snowden. Greenwald discussed other issues noting the Iranian regime was more "enlightened" than others in the region once one gets past the religious leadership and laws.
While the Ayatollah's have ultimate authority, they do entrust the day to day government activities to non-clerical politicians. What do those political leaders do?
Consider the nations Iran is friendly towards. I remember watching a BBC story about a cultural exchange between Iran and a friendly nation some years. There was an art exchange between Iran and Cuba.
And then there's North Korea, the most Communist of Communist countries. North Korea provides Iran expertise in developing nuclear weapons and hiding it from outsiders. Bill Clinton cut a deal on nukes and the North Koreans and they ended up breaking it.
One other thing, the notion of a country that believes in "God" having close relations with a country where belief in "God" means death and or a concentration camp is crazy unless there is some affinity under the surface.
More evidence of the Marxist nature of Iran's non-clerical government comes in its relationship with Venezuela. When the leader of "the revolution", Hugo Chavez, died Iran's then President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was on hand for the funeral. Ahmadinejad compared Chavez to an Islamic religious figure.
The Marxist-Leninist influence in Iran began in earnest during World War II. Iran became a conduit for US and British military aid to the Soviet Union. To secure the supply line British forces occupied southern Iran and Soviet forces occupied northern Iran including the capital Tehran. The Soviets brought in the secret police, spies and all the other tools to subvert Iranian society in the direction of Marx and Lenin.
Post World War II Iran came under the rule of the Mossadegh government that was socialist and pro-Soviet. This led to the CIA backed coup that installed anti-Communist Shah Reza Pahlevi.
Pahlevi modernized and westernized Iran and then in the 1970's riots and a revolution involving religious leaders and "students". President Jimmy Carter backed away from the Shah allowing the "Islamic Revolution" to take over the country.
Then dozens of Americans were taken hostage in 1979 by those "students" when they seized the US Embassy. The hostage takers were constantly talking about "American imperialism" a phrase that was standard for all the Communist propaganda I heard in those days on shortwave radio from Moscow, Havana and other points.
And of course, lets not forget their use of the signature phrase of Iran's "Islamic Revolution" "Death to America" that continues until this day.
In the end, I believe Obama's affinity for Iran has to do with his Marxist-Leninist heritage, Frank Marshall Davis, Bill Ayers and so on......
Back when Barack Obama and I were young it lined up as the Soviets-Communists aligned with the PLO-Palestinians. The Commies said the Palestinians were the oppressed and the Israelis the oppressors. The UN had a resolution back then that said Zionism was racism and the Reverend Jeremiah Wright said "Amen".
